At first, I liked ****** and his staffs, unfortunately their system and the manufacturers feel like a scam at best. They sell poor-quality products but use reverse-psychology on clients to convince them the issues is with their house; and thus, having them spend even more money in replacing outdoor home equipment to accommodate their low-quality products. I had a Rheem Pool heater at my house that lasted about 20-years. I hired Florida Leisure Pool & Spa hoping that they would provide an even better-quality Pool heater to replace my old one. Ive spent near $4,000 to buy the Sta-Rite *********** Pool heater from them. 2-months after installation, every single component of this pool heater started breaking down. Ive placed more than 19-calls for repairs. Each time, theyve come up with some very nonsensical excuses, such as my gutters magically bring all the rains exactly to my pool heater, or its my sprinklers, or my gas pipeline is too small. Somehow, its impossible to have them understand the issue is with their product, as my old unit lasted 20-years at the same exact location, and never had such issues. I also find it unacceptable for them to come up with excuses for which they have no evidence, and have customers spend more money to replace outdoor equipment to accommodate their products, which later turned out to NOT be the problem. They refused to fix or do a warranty replacement even while my product is still under warranty. Listening to them, they went through a long list of customers that theyve blamed for their products experiencing extreme amount of corrosion. For instance, they blamed one customer for their mosquito sprays: another for living too close to salted land. Somehow, they are unable to accept that their product is the outlier, as no other outdoor equipment is experiencing such corrosions. It appears that their goal is to try to patch the issues until the warranty is expired.
