I purchased a new roof for my home in August 2017 for $9,135.00 with a 5year workmanship warranty and 30 year shingles. The initial problem was water damage to the master bedroom and den area. Now with the new roof I have water damage to my second bedroom which was not a problem area initially. I’ve made 3 attempts to contact the company left 1 message and spoke with 2 different individuals, I’ve given all my contact information and no one has returned my call to attempt to rectify the problem. And the warranty will expire as of August 22, 2022.Business response

We are showing *** *****'s request for leak inspection in our system on 9/20/21. Our delay in responding is due to unexpected health issues with our Service Manager. His absence has cause delays in our usual response times and we are covering these service issues with our other personnel as we are able. She is on our list to service. We fully intend to inspect the leak and provide remedy if cause is covered under the terms of our warranty or advise if other damage is discovered.
I will reach our directly to *** ***** and schedule her leak inspection as quickly as possible.
