  Two years ago, April 2020 we took our 1964 Airstream in for a partial restoration (a rolling waterproof shell, complete with new axles and sub-floor) to Matts RV Airstream Restoration and Repair, he told us it would be a 3 month project, and we signed a contract with specific deliverables. (Witnessed by 3 people in our party.) The project turned out to be more than a two-year nightmare ordeal. We have paid him $18,632.52 and after about a year he refused to give us access to our property. He refused to take pictures, he refused to prove any progress or work that he had done, or that the trailer was even in his possession. At his recommendation we purchased brand new AC units to be installed as part of his restoration; they have sat in our shed, and the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. He had us purchase wheels and tires about a year ago, as the axles had been delivered, only to sit in my shed waiting to be installed. We know now that he did that to make us think there was progress and give us hope. I have every one of his rude hateful text messages and emails as well as the phone recording where he hung up on us when we tried to go see our trailer. In April of that year, we had a lawyer write a letter, neither of these convinced **** to complete the trailer as contracted. Over a year ago he had called me to let me know he was changing his name to RV Solar Florida LLC, although we did not know what that meant for us. It seems as though he was moving away from Airstream restoration and in a different direction. After two years asking and pleading with him to finish it, he told us that he was no longer going to work on it and that we needed to pick it up. When we picked up the trailer, he did not come out, or make contact. We pulled it around the block to a vacant lot and spent 5 hours adding framework to support the structure to make it safe to tow. He took our money under false pretenses and never finished the job per contract.

  Hello. This customer has already complained and done a bbb complaint. His work was done with ****** rv repair and airstream restoration. He did not pay rv solar Florida llc for anything.
