    I purchased replacement auto glass on ***** ** **** for $****** In short, the company provided glass for a vintage automobile that shares the same name as the vehicle for which the glass was purchased, but is ultimately differentiated by whether the vehicle is a convertible or sedan. After attempting to resolve the issue, offering to send the glass back and requesting a refund (I would have accepted an exchange), the proprietor expressed that I didn't provide enough information, that I could order more glass "at cost," and after I expressed some frustration at their response, that I am "BANNED" from contacting their companies in the future. For me, the onus is not on the customer to be aware of all the facets and nuances of product application when ordering from an experienced and professional vendor, in this case, the notion that multiple vehicles can carry the same name, but the glass for those vehicles is different. The company has a production catalog (from which a screenshot was shared as the company attempted to disprove my complaint) that indicates that they DO have this information. The company made no attempt to reach out prior to production to verify the vehicle (that is, convertible or sedan), and their ordering portal does not provide a place to select one or the other, either of which would have alleviated this unfortunate exchange.

    I would give them no stars if possible.Customer service sucks- received my rear window broken in 3-4 places.I found an extra charge on my credit card for shipping at a very large price tag that I did not agree to- and Fed Ex dropped if you were to look at the photos I have. I was told shipping would be by a big truck could they get into my neighborhood and I said yes but it came via ***** -I did not open the box right away since it was surrounded by many layers of bubble wrap and foam layers etc and now I am having major issues with their customer service - the guy told me ***** break you got the 100 this time. I was asked by the company that is installing the glass to NOT open it until we install it so I would not break prior to deliver and install date. I had to wait weeks to get this appointment for install now I am waiting again Spending time away from other important things.Now I am Working in finding someone to get me a replacement closer to home and it has cost me a pretty *****- already before- I now have to pay for another piece of glass ************* should not treat customer so horribly. Refund me and treat me better than I have been treated up to this time. I am in many classic car clubs and everyone I talk to will know Not to do business with them.

    Order Date: 04/03/2024 09:46am then Delivered Saturday4/6/24 at 2:05 PM THEN notified us of breakage yesterday the 16th by text. 10 days has passed. Paperwork on *** says ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY AND REPORTED TO ** IN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. That's so we can File INS Claim and re-ship ( no cost to Customers ). After ***** hrs ( if weekend ) then we can't get Insurance Re-imbursement. Usually we try to work w/ Customer if ***** hrs has passed ( like re-ship at our cost or discounted depending on type of shipment ) BUT this Lady was yelling " I'm calling my ****************************** & **************** ************* then hung up on us. They've been Banned for Life. MGT
