            The manager or owner ****** refuses to reprimand his employees for their disrespect and lack of care for the patients they transport. When I reached out to ****** about a patients scheduled trip he cut me off, yelled at me and ended the call before I could state my concerns about his drivers. They are one of the companies that ModivCare utilizes in the gainesville area for patient transportation. On many occasions the drivers leave patients stranded after cancelling their rides for erroneous reasons. The drivers and ****** should not deal with patients who are already sick and suffering due to their inability to show professionalism and care.

            Kairos transportation is the worst company ever to use for transport. Last week alone, they canceled 4 rides for me. Today, they dropped me off an hour early, and 2.5 hrs later im still waiting for them to pick me up to take me home! They don't call or message until they're waiting for you and they want YOU to rush! I would've guven them 00 stars if i could. One of the days last week, i received a call 2 hrs after i got home to see if i still needed a ride. They dont speak English and have no regard for time. They do not understand that you can't just walk into your appointment late and still be seen.
