      Nice Price AC, Jason J. (CAC1819760) was contracted to install a Rheem AC on July 25, 2023, which they did. The included contract for work shows a section Included in Every installation that all labor is included for 1 year, all parts for 10 years, backed by Rheem. In the first year, in June of 2024, the capacitor failed. Nice Price AC is not answering their phones and their voice mail is full. I contacted ******** ** to repair the unit. I was charged $216.80 for the repair, and I want that amount refunded to me from Nice Price AC to cover their first year warranty. I can also file a claim against their business insurance if you are able to get me that information. Finally, I want to know that Rheem AC systems are built and designed for Florida. The capacitor from India was unable to withstand the Florida heat. Rheem should also be held accountable for this, especially considering their advertising. I plan on contacting Rheem, but Rheem prefers to talk to installers instead of customers. I asked ******** to contact Rheem about this. ******** ** owner told me that Rheem will not cover the capacitor. I think this is false.

      This company installed an AC but never closed the permit. There is a correction on the inspection in which they have not fixed.

      We purchased 2 A/c air conditioner and heater ***** machines from Nice price Ac services 15months ago. Each unit was around **** dollars, one of the machines started to not cool properly. We called this company, they came out and fix a leak, 2days later the machine broke again. Within a matter of 2wks they have changed, reverse valve, compressor, and added gas. Said that electrical is completely burned and that the mother boards needs to be changed. The machine is completely shudown and we live in *******, so you can imagine the heat! They said they would contact rheem for manufacturing parts only to get the run around. Now this company is not answering the phone and will not help. We have contact other companies and have told us that this company has used hammers inside the unit and inside is all banged up. To ask this company to fix what they have broken. The last time we spoke to the owner we asked for license and her technicians certifications and she refuse to provide them. Which makes us think that her technician has to clue to what they were doing. All I am looking for is for owner ****** to apologize, fix the machine, we have two kids under 5 and this has been happening for 1month.

      **** and ***************************** purchased 2 Rheem Heat pumps on 5/17/2021 with a 1 year Labor Warranty and a 10 year Parts and Compressor Manufacture Warranty. We were contacted 9/7/2023 via text that upstairs unit was having issues. On 9/10/2023 we sent a Service Tech and performed a Dye Test to look for Freon leak and added ***** at NO CHARGE to the customer. On 9/19/2023 the Service Tech returned after allowing the Dye to run thru the system and determined the source of the leak. It was determined the Compressor needed to be replaced. On 9/22/2023 We discussed that our Supplier was locating a replacement Compressor and gave the case number with Rheem Support. The Customer refused the offer of portables to keep the house cool while waiting for the compressor. On 9/26/202We hired another HVAC Installer  to assess the situation with their system as well and came to the same conclusion as our Installers. On 9/30/2023 ***************************** called and was very upset while waiting for ***** approval. She was aggressive, demanding  and threatening and said would hire another HVAC company to make corrections. I apologized numerous times and mentioned that we have performed numerous service calls without expectation of payment even though their 1 year of Labor had expired,  in order to give the best customer service possible and not deserving of threatening behavior.

      I am rejecting this response because: the business response are all lies. Never in the time frame this company was in my house were temporarily AC offered. The timeframe that this company was at my property was 2months not couple weeks. They not only broke the compressor, but melted all the pipes for the reserve valve, they unplugged all the cables from the main computer. This lady also claims that there was a case open with *****. When I called the manufacturer with the case number in rhems recorded line, they confirmed that no case exist. See pictures attached, I have also have plenty of videos of the unit and the recording from **** company confirming that no action was taken by this business. Also, One of their techs confessed to my husband and I none of the techs were certified and that the techs who were certified went to work with her ex husband due to a nasty divorce. This made sense with the extensive damage done to the unit. When I confronted her about providing me with the license for her workers, she got defensive and refused to fix the unit. The way this woman is running this business and giving headaches to homeowners should be reported. 

      BBB if you need documents, pictures, videos, and line recording from **** Ill be happy to provide those to you, so this lady can apologize to all her lies. 

      Wishing businesses like this are shut down for honest homeowners out there.
