      I received an email advertisemnet from Saltdevils.com. On July 28, 2024 I ordered 2 shirts get one FREE deal from Saltdevils.com. As of today, August 14, 2024 I have received nothing from them. I have called the number ************** listed but it is DISCONNECTED! I called other number(s) I found for them ************** and it just rings and rings. I have sent several email messages to ********************************** and have NEVER received any replies!After searchin and finding many, many complaints to the BBB, I'm filing a complaint as well. With all the money involved by this apparent FRAUD, I would think the *** should already be involved!I ordered from them in good faith as I had a completed order 2 years ago (2022) - Order #****** was placed on September 7, 2022 and is currently Completed.They apparently have gone rogue now, they have kept up an actibe website, ordering system, and taking and accepting money but not fulfilling orders, thus commiting (FRAUD)!The BBB should be involving the ***!

      I placed an order for 2 shirts from salt devils I received an email saying they were backed up on orders and my order will be processed soon. This email was received on Jan 11 2024. I have sent 3 emails about never receiving my order and have not received a response. I would like my order or my money refunded. Order #****** placed on Dec *******. Last email received was 1/11/24.

      I placed an order with Salt Devils clothing (order #******) on March 7th, 2024 and still havent received an order. The company withdrew ****** dollars from my banking account on March 8th, 2024. Ive tried contacting the company at ************ on several different occasions but the number says its out of service. However, thats the number thats on Saltsevils.com website. I also sent a email to them on June 5th, 2024, like it advises on their website and still havent heard from anyone. I prefer my product but if they cant provide a product, at least the money back.

      On March 12th 2024 I ordered four shirts from salt devils. Buy three. Get one free four $133.80. order number ****** .On March 13th 2024 the money was removed from my checking account. On March ********* I received an email from salt devils saying My order was being worked on. Expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. On March 26th I received another email saying my order was on the production line 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Since then I have not received an update from them. I have tried calling both the phone numbers that are provided on their website. One says voicemail is not set up and the other phone number says this number has been disconnected. I have also emailed them four times about my order and they say they will respond within 72 hours which they have never responded. I have purchased shirts from this company before and was very satisfied have even recommended their products to my friends because of the compliments I get. But I am concerned now because of the complaints I have seen on your site but I did see where you were able to help some people get their product I guess that is what I'm looking for or a refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!.

      Ordered 4 shirts in December 2023. I received an email in January saying they were a couple weeks behind. It is now May and no product. They do not respond to emails and the phone listed on their is disconnected.

      I purchased 3 shirts for $89. On February 18. Now 3 months later. Still no shirts. Nobody answered phone calls or reply to emails. If not handled. Will go legal route and have business permit suspended or revoked

      On march 4th of this year, I placed an order for 5 shirts totaling $187.00..I received a confirmation of my order immediately..I received an email a couple weeks later stating that they were behind a couple days and I should be receiving my tracking number in a couple days..It is now may 5th and I have sent numerous emails asking about my order with no response..I have read more complaints of the same nature..Thanks for your help..

      Ordered a shirts on 1/25/24 and have not received my order as of today. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Called and no one answers the phone. Their website says 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. I want my order fulfilled or a refund looks like a SCAM company stealing from customers.
