            Im filing this complaint to report Rockys auto ************************************** **************************************************************, ************, ********************************************************* are the registered agents in ******, they illegally towed my vehicle from a guests area. I was visiting my girlfriend in ********* on 5/15 and I parked my car in the Guest Only area (*************). I had a tow dolly attached that I rented from U-Haul on 5/15 to be returned on 5/16. Next day I woke up ready to leave at 7:00 am and I didn't find my vehicle. There is not tow away zone signs anywhere near. After walking around the neighborhood, I found the tow away zone sign by the administration office, which is 2 blocks away from where I parked. When I called the tow company, they told me the have my vehicle and they said they towed it because its a commercial vehicle and it cant be parked there. They towed my personal vehicle, it has no signs of commercial vehicle anywhere, but their excuse was it has a roof rack, then its consider commercial. The definition of commercial vehicle is any motor vehicle or motor vehicle combination used on the streets or highways, which: Has a gross vehicle weight rating of ****** pounds or more; Is designed to transport more than *********************************************************************************************************** accordance with 49 CFR 172, (F). Non of these apply to my car. I ended up paying $479.26 because they wouldnt accept they made a mistake. Also, this price is for towing two vehicles according to them. They charged me for my vehicle and also they charged separately for the tow dolly. I also have to pay an extra day for the tow dolly, gas and mileage to pick up my car, and losing an entire day of work because of this situation. Also, they didnt accept debit card, cash only, in order to evade taxes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I want the $476.26 plus the $48.10 for the extra day. They should cover the rest of damages.

            ZEEEERO STARS!!! ZZEERROO SSTTAARRSS!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TOWING SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WE WERE VISITING MY BROTHER AND OUR VEHICLE WAS TOWED BY THESE PEOPLE THAT IS TRYING TO AVOID THE IRS BY ONLY ACCEPTING CASH. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU PRINTED RECEIPTS IT IS HAND WRITTEN. THIS LADY NOT ONLY CANT DO MATH SHE ALSO HAS NO COMMON SENSE NOR SENSE OF BUSINESS. THEY PREFILLED THE PAPERWORK (MILEAGE AND HOURS) ADDED IN SOME UNNECESSARY FEES TO TRY AND MAKE A COME UP. THE TRUCK WAS PICKED UP AT 5:40AM AND WE GOT TO THE LOCATION A FEW MINUTES AFTER 10AM. SHE SAYS THEY HAD THE TRUCK OVER 6 HOURS AND THAT IS WHERE THE EXTRA FEES STARTED TO COME IN. WE SAY NO YOU HAVENT HAD IT THAT LONG, HER RESPONSE IS WELL ITS ALMOST BEEN 6 HOURS. NO WHERE IN THE WORLD OR HISTORY HAS ALMOST EVER COUNTED. THE DISTANCE FROM MY BROTHERS TO THE TOW PLACE IS 5.7 MILES SHE TRIED TO CHARGE FOR 11 MILES, SHE CONTRADICTED HERSELF EVERY OTHER WORD SHE SAID. ONE MINUTE THE TOWING IS BY MILES (WHICH THE PAPERWORK ALREADY STATES) THEN SHE TRIED TO CHANGE IT AND SAID NO THAT IS A FLAT RATE FOR EVERYONE. WE SAID IT CANT BE BOTH LADY ITS ONE OR THE OTHER. THE BILLBOARD OF THE TOWING IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW AND HER MATH, PAPERWORK AND FEES WERE NOT ADDING UP. OF COURSE A LIAR AND A SCAMMER IS NOW BEING COMBATIVE BECAUSE SHE IS BEING CALLED OUT ON HER LIES AND SHE CANT REMEMBER THE LIE SHE JUST TOLD IN THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE. SHE STARTS TO SAY NO NO I AM NOT CHANGING ANYTHING ELSE ON THE PAPER THIS IS WHAT IT IS SO YOU EITHER PAY ME OR I AM CLOSING THE WINDOW. NOT TO MENTION THE GENTLEMAN THAT GOES TO PICK UP THE VEHICLES PER HER INSTRUCTIONS SHE STARTS TO THROW HIM UNDER THE BUS, HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING HE ONLY BEEN HERE A WEEK. HE IS THE ONE THAT PICKED UP YOUR TRUCK YOU SHOULD BE MAD AT HIM. MEANWHILE HE WAS TRYING TO HELP YOU AND TELL YOU YOU WERE WRONG LIKE DEAD WRONG. BEYOND BEING A LIAR, AND A SCAMMER LETS ALSO ADD RUDE, HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHUT THEM DOWN!!
