      Extremely unprofessional! Gave me a completely bad impression of Florida, moving there from Michigan with nothing but my Jeep, 2 daughters, husband and I. We went wrong by not viewing the property in person first, but they shouldn't have falsely advertised by posting ********* photos of the home. We get there, the front door wasn't properly fit so pests became a huge problem! The windows not properly sealed, knowing we live in an area inhabited by trees and bugs in Monticello, FL. We were placed in the boonies! My bathroom floor was a piece of rotted, painted dry wood! The half bathroom was actually a laundry room improperly converted to a half bath. The home was advertised as a 5 bedroom, 1 bath. The layout of home had 2 front doors and was a college home setup like dorms or something. This home was uninhabitable in every way, and couldn't believe after paying $4000 for a 3 month lease including a security deposit I'd like back since we had to leave behind a brand new fridge and washer/dryer. We went the entire 3 months with cold water because the water line wasn't properly installed and when they finally decided to fix the bathroom, they didn't connect new shower handler to hot valve. No AC! The home had prior water damage, bathtub was on an angle, beginning to cave. The walls had cheap dry wood infested with ants. I could go on and on! The pain and suffering these people caused by over charging for a dump lead to me losing my vehicle since that home took all my money! Had to leave my beautiful Jeep behind, and get the hell back to Michigan. You are a terrible company! You have no compassion, and you take advantage of out of state people, attempting to throw FL statures. There's no stature for decent human behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I lived with junk in my yard for months, because a VENDOR was unavailable... how typical! They only have 2-3 handy guys and only one is decent but they cheaply do the job, not correctly

      June 15, 21 i was supposed to move into a home that I had rented from Florida Beach Coast. It was located on ****************************. On June 15th the day before my actual move in date I realized that Florida Beach was charging me for a entire month's rent instead of prorating the rent being that I was moving into the place int he middle of the month. I then asked if I could change my move in date because I didn't want to pay $1,050.00 for just 2 weeks. They Florida Beach Coast refused. i then asked if they could cancel my lease being that I NEVER received my keys and that I still had broken windows in the back of the house & a broken door that was supposed to fixed prior to my move in day. Florida Beach Coast refused to give me back my deposit. They block my cell phone from calling them. They don't have an actually address because this fake company uses a post office address. They then had someone call from another number to threaten me for an additional 4K Then they placed the charge onto my credit report I mean who does this and how do they get away with this in the state of Florida. Channel 6 did a report on this business & they changed the name of the business. Florida Beach coast is a fraud. I also found out that they rented the place that I was supposed into to 4 other people because***** ****** had 4 other people who registered to have the lights on. Florida Beach also was adamant that we only use their insurance agency for house rental insurance & I used another company that I had to wait to get reimbursed for because I never moved into the house and NEVER received keys. I asked to cancel the day before my contact my lease was supposed to go into effect. I want this company to be STOPPED and their workers to be prosecuted and sent to jail for fraud. Florida Beach coast is a SCAMM!! Please everyone that has been SCAMMED by Florida Beach Coast let's do a class action law suit! Call me ************

      I applied to rent a home from them that didn't look too bad in the pics. I asked them over the phone if it was decent, and livable which they were quick to assure me it was. My brother and I were moving from PA to FL so the drive was over 14hrs. With that we didn't have the money to go see the home before we moved. So we paid then in total $2889 to be able to move in. Well we got there and the home was literally unlivable. It had holes in the floors, also was caving in in some areas, missing doors, missing cabinets, graffiti on the walls, busted windows, and NO AC in the middle of summer in Florida. All that on top of the home being disgusting. So after I saw all that I immediately called them, and all they could say is put in a maintenance request. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone about the condition of the home or to get my money back. Then they added fees on my rental portal for my mom and I trying to get ahold of someone. Which that was $50 a call. Since we couldn't get ahold of them I paid $700 to a lawyer for a letter stating how much they owned me. They never replied to that either. Then they sent me to a collection agency saying I owe $1659 for early termination fees. Now I can't rent another home or apartment until I get the $1659 off of my credit. I would like my $2889 back. But honestly I really just want the $1659 off my credit so I can be done with this nightmare.

      Nov. 24, 2020, and Nov.30,2020 I was told that the property was going to be move in ready on 11/30/2020 and nothing was done never told me where the keys was. I had to look for the key and when I called the number 407-999-6470 about the house, they gave me another number to call which was a man name Mark and his number is 407-457-1281. He advises me to write an email stating I no longer want to rent the property due to it not being move in ready for me and my son and said make sure to put an address where to send the check. I never received my $2990 from Florida beach coast LLC. I had to live in my car with my son until I found a place that I could move in. I have receipts and emails text message and I had code enforcement to come and the contact someone on getting things fixed and they did, but they had changed the lock and never gave me my money back and moved someone else and their family in with the changes they made. when calling Mark, he said he was on the phone with the police, and I told him to send him to my address so can let them know how he took my money and haven't given it back. I'm still waiting on my money back and they counite to move people in and out of the property doing them the same way. how do i get my money back from them? I really need my money back.

      They are SCAMMERS! They advertise a very low rental price to get people in the home but once you have signed lease and moved in they start adding all kinds of charges they didn't tell you about. Not to mention the home is not in livable conditions! I was there for only 5 month and didn't have a working toilet or shower the whole time. The bathroom and other parts of the home were constantly flooding from back flow. I would barely sleep there do to the smell and health concerns. I voiced issue with the home more times then I can count and in the 5 months I lived there in disgusting conditions they only sent a plumber out once! The plumber told me due to the conditions of the home and plumbing he would need to come back out to fix the problem but landlords wouldn't send them back! The home has no AC either so imagine living in those conditions! I reported them to the city of Orlando due to the conditions of the home but still was no change. Since I have moved out of that disgusting home, the landlords have charged me with all kinds of fees and and false charges summing to a total of $3,500! They charged me $500 twice for "painting"!. $200 for "pest control". $500 for "junk removal". $250 for "cleaning". $300 for having "two dogs" when I only own one! $25 for a stove that was already in the house and DIDNT even work! not a single burning worked on that stove. I purchased a Coleman burner to cook on! $350 in late fees for April 2021 and May 2021 and rent for $550 for rent in may again! I payed them rent every month! Nor did I ever pay late! Also over $100 in random fees that had no description, just blank random charges!!! The best part is that they wait until you have moved out to charge you all these false things and don't even tell you about them. I found out recently about this when I was contacted by debit collectors! Florida Beach Coast and its owners are scammers and horrible slumlords! This home is not even close to being habitable.

      I paid an application fee to a rental company that I do not believe was conducting business in good faith. After applying and using ****** to pay the initial application fee I was told to wait for instructions on how to make the first initial payment to secure the rental property. I had learned the house was taken off of the market before I had received instructions to deposit thousands of dollars into a bank account that was not mine. Why not use ****** again? Why not use a cashier's check. Why ask me for the money without telling me that the property was no longer available? Highly suspicious.

      I applied to a rental company a year ago, never moved in do to the house was terrible. they took my personal infromation and forged it on docs and now my credit is showing i owe 3600 when i never lived here or continued business, please do not do any business with these people, now i have to do all this extra stuff to get this removed, i have all the emails, and text showing i never stayed here and the constant issues i have with them

      Applied for a property through Sunbeltpros website. The application was approved immediately and was sent documents with fees and how to pay the fees. I was told that the property would be taken off market if I pay the first fee of $1965 , which I ended up paying because we're in desperate need of a place to move into . They're asking for an additional $1595 to be able to move in and it seemed too much and sketchy to me. I searched online and come to find out , this company changed their name! From FLORIDA BEACH COAST to SUNBELT PROS to cover up their scamming activities. I want my fees refunded along with my application fee !! I was unaware of the previous activities and complaints they've received due to name change . I need that refund to move into a LEGITIMATE HOME !!! DO NOT RENT FROM FLORIDA BEACH COAST/ SUNBELT PROS !! these people are liars and scammers who hides under different names . They never answer phones , they never answer emails , they reply to text messages only when it involves money . Our move in date is 12/8 , the house was a mess and I was told through text that it will be cleaned by vendors , however , they will not be able to clean the house out especially if our set move in date is 12/8.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/12/14) */ We are currently renting a home with Sunbelt Pros (formally known as Florida Beach Coast) . We paid $500 for a service fee because we were promised that vendors would come and clean up our home before we moved in . Well we ended up cleaning it ourselves because apparently their vendors were involved in an accident the same day it was supposed to get cleaned . They've been giving me the run around about crediting my service fee of $500 ! I have screenshots of all the conversation . I want my service fee refunded or credited towards my next month's rent because I was promised some Refund; Billing adjustment thing that was not fulfilled ! $500 service fee !

      my girlfriend and i paid out rebt for october of this year on october 2ed we were contacted by a new managment company about paying our rent for october, come to find out the property had been sold with any kind of notice, we have been trying to get our money back with no secsuess
