Most unprofessional "company" I've ever encountered! They avoid contact by having you use online tenant portal, which you're charged for--monthly. So you have to pay to even attempt contact with maintenance. I was misled by being shown an older picture of the home. I admit, I should've viewed the home first--that was my fault! But the terrible failure to upkeep their properties goes beyond health violations! My home was infested with roaches, I finally was able to get exterminator! They left trash in the front yard and only decided to move it around the time my 3 month lease was up. I paid $4000 for something that didn't even make it the entire 3 months! I decided to move back to Michigan! Watch out for these scammers, along with Vermont LLC.. another partnering company. I literally cried when I arrived at the house, knowing my 2 young daughters were gonna be living in that mess! Bathroom floor had a rotted piece of painted wood for the floor, which I almost fell through attempting to get in the shower that was on an angle from apparent previous water damage! Then their maintenance is a joke! I thought things would improve after new kitchen floors and bathroom were done.. not to mention having to connect the hot water tank since it was left disconnected and had water leaking underneath house. Then it's "fixed" by a cheap pcp pipe that had to run through the kitchen to the bathroom, looked ridiculous! Then the maintenance man fails to hook up hot water connection! Luckily Florida is so hot, I could handle a cold shower! Not to mention, missing screens on windows and busted AC--which lease says they're not responsible to provide AC. How can they legally charge for a 3 month lease paid ahead, and then claim rent was unpaid for august, even though my lease ended august 31! Not to mention the new fridge and washer/dryer left behind that these cheap bastards took. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This is a company that will scam you. Pay $1350 , sign a lease, 3 month lease . Then another $1500 maintenance fees. Then they tell you it is leases "as is". The house has multiple code violations. Rats, open live wires, no window or broken windows. No AC/heat. Andes rental fees for appliances. All money non refundable

They are scammers getting money for houses that are not yet vacant i paid over 4thousand back in jan for a house ************************* went to orlando to turn in my 1st months rent they gave me a lock key when i came back to tampa previous tenants were still living there So I called the number that was on the envelope and they had blocked me so I called every other number I could just to be told they charge 50 for phone calls and that they had already had an eviction for previous tenants which they moved out way in may when my 4month lease was up and they wanted me to pay rent at a house were i was NOT LIVING OR EVER TOUCHED... Refund Now changed they name to ***************

Never got my money back for my deposit, number or website not working

Hi everybody. I just rented out a house through them. It was the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. I'm currently going through the courts right now to try to get my money back. But this is what happened. I paid $3200 to move then they required 1600 down and 1600 on the day I moved it. The house was advertised with clean walls clean bathroom and a fence. When I showed up to the property the grass was over 6 1/2 feet tall. There was graffiti all on the inside of the house. The stove refrigerator and one of the AC units did not work. I called and they laughed. They were supposed to clean the house before I moved in and they did not do that they were also supposed to mow the yard before I moved in but they also obviously didnt do that. Mark is a dick. It's really sad to see people scam people out of their money. But they will have to live with there own guilt in hell. They are a dysfunctional company with a track record of sad results. Honestly news 13 has like three stories on them. They refused to comment. I'm gonna go ahead and give them my story. I recommend you not use this company. They have been nothing but a monstrosity. Please please please take this review seriously. They do not do maintenance at all. They try to hit me with a $500 government fee that they could not explain. And then in the middle of the month they decided to file for an eviction because I refuse to pay the $500 fee. Everybody keep your receipts the courts will ask you for them thank God that I kept everything. They try to delete my account. But I have screenshots of everything. I will drop my lawsuit if they will give me my $3200 back if not I'm gonna go for way more. My attorney already said I have a very very very strong case. I'm not worried about the money but if they want to settle it they can read this review and send me my $3200. If not I will be suing for emotional and financial strain. That will be way more money. So it's up to them. They have my phone number. Nathanial Carter is my name. I lived at one of y'all's Orlando addresses. If they have the balls to read this review and still not try to settle with me then that is going to be a sad day in court for them. I guess they didn't realize or go through my background but I majoring in law. I have over 18 other students working on this case with me. Plus I have some of the best professors in the state of Florida. These people are scammers and they robbed me of my money. Do not rent from them.
