BEWARE index bath Dont buy bath and shower products from Index Bath. They are a total scam company that continually delays delivering a product and refuses to give a refund. *** luckily disputed the charge with my credit card company (you should do the same so they get flagged) but Im still waiting for their responses to my refund requests (theyve gone radio silent) I ordered a bidet on June 4 and as of this post its July 13th absolutely insane. Lets bring this scam company out of business! Theyre based in ***** and are in this game to rip people off

This company is dishonest, misrepresents themselves, and makes it near-impossible to return items. It's the worst returns process I've ever experienced.My wife and I ordered two kitchen faucets in different orders from Index Bath to our home in **********. They arrived as pictured, but we ended up wanting to return them after seeing and feeling them in real life.The company's Return Policy and Refund Policy pages indicated that if the products were unused and it had been less than 30 days, we'd be eligible for a refund. It also said we could return to an address in *******, ***.After we emailed support@, we had to go back and forth with them for over a week, getting offered only a 50% refund, store credit instead of a real refund, etc. Ultimately, one item was approved for a refund but had to be returned TO MAINLAND ***** rather than *******, which costs $80 via ***** The ***** address is not mentioned anywhere on their websitewe would not have ordered had we known that returning would be so expensive.The other item was not approved for return. From Dhon: "This is primarily due to the reason you provided for seeking a refund ["I'd like to return this faucet, because we've decided to go with a different faucet, which we've already installed in our kitchen."], as well as the fact that the item was delivered in impeccable condition and precisely as described. ...We are able to propose two potential resolutions. Firstly, we can offer you a 50% partial refund. Alternatively, we can provide you with a store credit of $260.00 that does not expire."Note that the ***** Better Business Bureau gives Index Bath an "F" grade (i.e., the worst grade) due to similar reports of painful returns.Take my advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM INDEX BATH. Order from Amazonor better yet, a real kitchen/bathroom-goods company with an honest address business practiceinstead.
