I contracted with this company for pavers in February. They claimed they would start on or about September 12, 2022. They came on that day and removed my landscape. Since then I: - It took them 3 days to clean up the debris, -They claimed they were coming each following day, but never came, -They approached me in October claiming they would start in a couple of week and would give me a call, -The company emailed they would start again on November 1, -I called on the 29 of October and they guaranteed me they would start on November 2, -On November 2 we exchanged multiple phone calls and each time I was told they were on their way, -At 2:30PM I haven't seen a worker. I gave this company $10,100.00 thus far, my balance in approximately $4,900.00Business response

We had contacted Ramon’s landscaping in January to do our pavers in front . We agreed to a price and made a deposit of 17,000. And other half once completed. It’s been six months and project is not completed. They dug out the front about a month ago. And was supposed to finesh by July 15 2022. The project is unfinished and hoa is complaining that the front yard is not up to the standards. The company says they can’t get the pavers. The company is unprofessional and should have not taken the job if they were not able to complete it in a timely manner.
