I made a purchase at ***************** (as google says its the #1 online kitchen store) on September 15th. After 2 weeks and no receipt of the item, I sent them an email and they replied they are looking into it. another week goes by and i check in. Same copy and paste response that they are still looking into it. I check in 4 days later, same response. Again 4 days later, same response. Finally after a total of 4 weeks passes I tell them to cancel the order. The same agent responds with the same copy paste response that they are still looking into the order. I replied saying just cancel it, i no longer want the $500+ item. They replied with the same response. I demanded they cancel it and connect me with someone who can confirm. After 4 emails over another 2 weeks, they just informed my on November 1st that they shipped the item. So I asked them to cancel the order and now they repond with they cant because it already shipped. I mean seriously? Per their return policy, they only issue store credit and so they are making me receive the item to then return it for store credit which i dont want. I want my money back and I should receive a full refund. I asked for this cancellation weeks before they shipped the item. Im so dissappointed in their customer service and this ordering experience. This business is a scam and should be shut down.
