              On November 1st driving in I-95 a WD Gardner lawnmower was cutting the lawn in the highway. When we were approaching do drive by the mower an object flew from the mower to the air was coming towards the windshield of the driver's side of our Subaru XT SUV. The object stroke our vehicle just above the windshield which was all caught in our dashcam. We stopped and called Highway Patrol and created a case #**************. Once traffic control officer came the WP Gardner workers approached us and called *** ******, we showed him the video and he agreed to pay for damages once we got an estimate. After we sent him the estimate of $2,090.55 he refused to pay, although he had previously agreed to pay when he saw the video on site, stating the proof in the video does not show the object came from the mower. We would like compensation for the damages to our vehicle since we feel the company should be liable for not picking up all debris before they mow next to moving vehicles.
