My family and I went bowling at this location, we order food first and decided to add additional names to prolong the game so we can eat while our daughter played. We paid for two game and when the 1st game ended the second wouldnt start. We went to the front desk and the manager *********************** was extremely rude and sarcastic about the situation. We did not know we that adding additional names would count as our second game and was asking for clarification and he was very rude and disrespectful about it and said here we go with the race card. Etc all we wanted was clarification and explanation we spent over $100 and had no issue paying for the game. It was about the service and how we were treated.
