            I made a payment arrangement to get this paid off. I told them I could only pay the 1st of the month. So last month I paid on the 30th and they took payment out today the 31st. I said needed the first when I called. She said it has to be within 30 days and cant skip a payment. All I wanted was to have it on the first. After this payment I would have it paid off. I dont understand. I figure as long as it was paid off what the heck does it matter. I didnt have the money in the bank: therefore created an overdraft to my account. So I have to pay overdraft. I am retired and live on a fixed income. I do apologize for saying FU to the lady but she wouldnt even listen. Just kept repeating a payment has to be every 30 days. Again I get paid on the first. This is why people dont like debt collectors because they do not even work with you. Beware people. They even called family members and harassed them. Greedy company who will not work with you.
