Horrible customer service is the understatement of the year! If this post stops, ONE PERSON, from going to this horrible gym it will be worth it. The staff here is condescending and outright rude. They think they can bully teenagers around and force them to buy memberships that they don't need or want. The staff at, Crunch Fitness of Greenacres, has zero communication skills and handoff processes. Since there is no communication within the "team" it's chaotic and frustrating to the customers. As if the mass confusion isn't enough, other staff members are called in to address the customers with bully tactics because they are in a "lead position" in a low-end gym. I am shocked that this gym is still open! Look at the countless other horrible experiences customers have had; this is obviously the norm in this gym. In experiencing what I experienced and in reading the other horrible customer service-related reviews, we are just asking to be treated in a kind and rational manner; since when did that become too much to ask for? We have too many gym options in the Greenacres area to be treated like this. This gym should be a hard pass.

Manager lied to my face in order to get more money from me. We can sign up online but I have to show up in person to cancel? Then you stonewall me by making your bottom rung employees lie and delay me canceling my membership and threaten me to have debt collection agencies target me if I cancel through my bank. Your lying platitudes to look good and predatory market practices+contracts are sociopathic thug like behavior and anyone who can't afford being robbed of $400 or so should find a different gym

We have tried several times to cancel membership after going three times to the gym we were told if we want to cancel we have to go inside gym with ID to cancel membership we were then told that we were unable to cancel since it hasnt been 90 days as well as the annual fee is due the second month I did not authorize charges for membership as I want it canceled they have sent it to collection last week now Monday this week I got a call to pay $0.33 for it to be taken out of collections an canceled I noticed when that was paid the lady signed me up for another membership which was not authorized they are once again saying I owe a annual membership fee $59 crunch fitness will not allow me to cancel a membership an wont stop charging me I have contacted management an they refuse to help get the membership canceled

If I could leave no stars I would this location is out right predatory with there terms and services. The contacts and stipulations are ridiculous I was trying to cancel my membership for months I call the location explained to them my situation that I had moved states and different have a location where I now reside. One of the associates told me to email prove and reason as to why I wanted to cancel the membership he then provided an email to send it to so I did a month goes by I never got a response, and I get charged again so I email them again saying I havent gotten a response and would like an explanation as to whats going on with my membership still no response. I decide to call the location again and speak to the club manager he then informed me about sending a confirmation letter over mail to an address I told him that was ridiculous, he proceeded to understand where I was coming and decided to go ahead and start getting my cancellation processed I then get charged an annual fee and the monthly fee. Its just extremely frustrating when you dont get the help you wanted and end up getting screwed by a company I was charged a total of ***** I wouldve even been okay with them charging me the mothly fee and canceling my membership and would been okay if they just refunded me the annual fee but. I couldnt even get that.

When I signed up for the membership I was told despite picking the middle tier membership that I could switch to any membership after 3 months. Now several months in a attempted to switch today and was told to cancel my membership and resign up. Please find the employee responsible and hold them accountable.
