I entered into an agreement on March 4th 2021 with New Concept **signs. Owners *** ******* and **** ** *****. New Concept **signs was hired to renovate kitchen $21,196.00 and one full bath and 1/2 bath for 18,000.00 plus the hidden charges. New collected 50% of $19,570.00 on 3/4/2021. Once New Concept collected the money the phone tag began. There would be minimum contact with new Concepts or multiple excuse s I sent an email April 4th 2021 asking them when will they start working on my kitchen and bathroom No response. I would show up at their office always an argument always an excuse. New Concepts **sign start work 5/5/2021. Then the nightmare begins May 28th 2021 New Concept delivers my kitchen cabinets and collect an additional $16,590. June 2021 New Concepts **sign unpacks and begins to install the cabinets. I then notice something wrong cabinetry wood looked odd I then asked what it the product made of they said press board and other type of wood. I looked at my contract I paid for all PLYWOOD construction!!! **** and *** of New concepts design said that is what I ordered that was incorrect I show the copy of the contract. After disputing the product New Concept **signs reordered the correct cabinetry. New concepts proceed to install the incorrect product. Then when the new product arrived 9/2021 New Concepts then had to remove the wrong product they installed to reinstall the correct cabinetry. I had to wait an additional four months to have the mistake corrected by new Concepts. There were two kitchens installed by New Concepts with months of delays. As of may 28 2021 New Concepts **sign collected 90% $36,158.40 and I did not have a functioning kitchen until end of September 2021 which to this date is still not finished. **** ** ***** the owner install the second Kitchen making numerous mistakes and defects to the existing product. ****s skills are questionable lousy installer. As of 10/2021 Kitchen not finished.. New concepts design Was paid $18,590To complete a bathroom and Powder Room All monies were collected May 28th 2021 however I the customer had to Find another contractor to install a toilet and a sink June 26th 2021 for New Concept **signs failed to provide me with a sink and toilet that I paid them to do. Too many issues with this New Concept **signs poor installation poor quality work Incompetent workers the list goes on. This company should be sued They're not fit to build a dog house.
