Stay away from them We hired them as our moving company from out of state, they were not the actual moving company they were a broker gave our moving job to another company called American Home relocation based in Chicago Illinois. They broke all my glassware, and my China, damaged my boxes, lost my clothes, broke both my vacuums, and lost the dyson parts, lost my wall art picture frames and provided me a $100 settlement after all this damage that easily exceeded 7k. Not to mention I was overcharged, I was asked to pay another $700 for them to move my stuff into a smaller truck because they refused to bring their truck into my subdivision. PEOPLE BEWARE !!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! Bill (their sales person) will underbid you and you will be charged close to 50% more than their intitial bid when the movers they have hired show up. Their Customer Service MANAGER Robin is absolutely useless, when the moving company they hired showed up and wanted an additional $4000 for the move she did nothing for me. No break on the price, nothing. I moved Febuary 2nd still won't receive my belongings until atleast March 10th. This moving company is THE moving company people warn you about.

Customer service is rude, unprofessional, and has no knowledge on the delivery company they partner with. Elite Movers Service is NOT a mover, they are a broker. Please do not work with them, please meet in person and have them review your pickup in person when you are doing an out of stat move. Elite Moving Partners contracted our move to AMB Transportation Services LLC. Elite Moving Partners was providing to us by Authority Moving Group.

The first date was by Saturday, 9/4 and the second by Saturday, 9/11 which I coordinated to change to 9/13 due to being out of town.

I spoke with ***** at Elite Movers. He said we will speak with by end of day today or tomorrow morning.

Elite Moving Partners has not provided:

The name, address, and telephone number of the delivering mover's office or agent at or nearest to the destination of my shipment.

A telephone number where I may contact your mover or its designated agent presiding over my delivery . I have called and texted ****** and he does not respond!

One of the following three dates and times: The agreed-upon pickup date and the delivery date of my move. The agreed-upon period(s) of the entire move.

If the mover is transporting the shipment on a guaranteed service basis, the guaranteed dates or periods of time for pickup, transportation, and delivery. The mover must enter any penalty or per diem requirements upon the agreement under this item. The names and addresses of any other motor carriers, when known, that will participate in the transportation of my shipment.

The maximum amount the mover will demand, based on the mover's estimate, at delivery to release the shipment, when transported on a collect-on-delivery basis.

A complete description of any special or accessorial services ordered and minimum weight or volume charges applicable to the shipment.

Any identification or registration number the mover assigns to the shipment.

For non-binding estimated charges, the mover's reasonably accurate estimate of the amount of the charges, the method of payment of total charges, and the maximum amount.

For binding estimated charges, the amount of charges the mover will demand based upon the binding estimate and the terms of payment under the estimate.
