To Whom It May ********* was referred to the Palm Beach MRI by *** ****************************** When I get to the office I was giving registration form as I scan read the forms I didn't see anything that stated they do NOT take secondary insurance and I had 3 *** done. My primary insurance which is GEICO should have covered the *** cost but unfortunately my insurance with ***** was exhausted and that's where my secondary insurance should come in to cover anything GEICO didn't cover. When the lawyer in the case told me that there's no money in the case there's only the $10,000 to pay everyone that haven't gotten pay. Now the lawyer cost is about $3489.29 plus. Palm Beach MRI charge me $2,400 for the 3 ***. I was able to call the DRs office to help me out with lowering their payment which they did . Now when I called the Palm Beach *** places to see if they can work with me to lower their cost for the ***. the owner of the place refused than I over to pay with my secondary insurance thats when I was middleware that he did not take insurance. When I was at his office I was not informed that they do not take insurance and now Im being charged $2,400 for 3 ***. I called other places self-pay *** are $250.00 out of pocket $2400.00 for 3 *** is crazy. There's no case for you to want to charge that much money.They have been very rude and unsupportive concerning this issue, I must say they are the worst business on planet earth to support. they need to be put under investigation because what they're doing to people are wrong, every doctor that was involved to get paid adjust their payment Except Palm Beach MRI why is that? refusing to work with me on adjusting your payment, it's truly good outrageous Im the one whos injured in the accident what give then the right to take the litter bit I have to recompensed what Im going through ever since of the accident.
