I hired them to pour sidewalks around my home. When the rainy season started I noticed that the water was sitting in between by house foundation and the sidewalk. They put in 3 plastic pipes but they were not done correctly and the water has no were to go so it sits on my foundation. I have called and left voice mails, sent emails and no one has contacted me back and come out to see the problem. They cashed my check right away. I received one email from William Gibb saying he would contact me and come out. He never did. It has been months. I'm a disabled senior citizen. They took advantage of me. Mrs. ****** is not telling the whole story. We did exactly what the estimate said, that Mrs. ****** signed and sent back before we started the job. We did exactly what Mrs. ****** asked us to do. There was no mention of pipes, landscaping or drainage between Mrs. ****** and I. She asked my foreman to install pipes during the job process without consulting me. He installed 2 pipes where Mrs. ****** wanted them at no charge. I contacted Mrs. ****** and told her she needed a landscaper to come and grade around her house to have proper drainage. We installed sidewalks to Mrs. ******'s design.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:He is calling me a liar. As the owner of the business he would not reply to my voice mail or emails. If you had done the right thing why didn't you come by after the job was completed any misunderstanding could have been addressed then. Why didn't you respond to me until you got this from the Better Business Bureau? You didn't even ask to put your sign up in the yard for other people to see and get additional business. You know you mistreated me. I have told and showed anyone who says who did your sidewalks the kind of work you do. You could have addressed this by simply coming by and seeing what the problem is months ago. I guess their is nothing I can do at this point. I'm very disappointed to see what I have and to look at your website and see you say you go on the job site. You have done big and small jobs. I hope your business will be successful without treating people like you treated me.
