    * 19 Mar 2025 o order # ******* * paid $882.00 This order was supposed to ship last week, it didn't. Individual I spoke with on that day said he was working on shipping and would return my call, he never did.I requested a refund and they will not return calls or emails.

    they are hard to deal with I been emailing them for about a few days about a part I got from them. The part would not fix I requested a refund cause the part would not fix but they still charge me a restocking fee cause there part would not fit I feel like I got cheated. I feel if I order a part from someone wedsite and put in all my info they the right part should come to me

    First and foremost, we want to assure you that we take all customer complaints seriously. It's essential to us that you receive the support you need when dealing with our products. In your case:
    • You ordered a specific part, and we shipped the exact item that you selected.
    • When you returned the part, we thoroughly checked it, and it was indeed the same item you initially ordered.
    • However, upon receiving the returned part, we noticed that one of the O-rings from the kit was missing.

    Our company policy regarding returns and restocking fees is designed to ensure that all items returned are in resalable condition, as missing components or damage can affect the product's overall value. Unfortunately, due to the missing O-ring, we had to classify the returned part as no longer in new condition, leading to the application of the restocking fee.

    We genuinely regret any frustration you experienced during this process, but we hope you can understand that our policy is in place to maintain the quality of our products for all customers.
