October 18,2021 $3450.00 Total Paid to this company Business Committed to help us resolve code violation issue. We hired System Tek Enterprise Inc. to assist us with a code violation. Mr. Luis R******** came to property took all measurements and pictures. Mr. R******** assured us he would provide plans for us to submit to county in order to keep existing structure making necessary alterations to bring up to code. In November 2021 after plans were submitted the county said that we needed to reword the plans as commercial. After informing Mr. R******** his reply was that would open a can of worms and he wasn't sure if his engineer would assist. We asked Mr. R******** for at least a partial refund of the $3450 that had been paid to him. Mr. R******** got extremely upset and threatened us. I did reach out to the engineer Mr. Al T****** and was able to obtain demo plans from him at a cost $100.00. however, when it came to county comments Mr. T****** would not assist either. I again reached out to Mr. R******** of System Tek Enterprise Inc. On June 8th 2022, to plead with him to have plans reworded for us. Mr. R******** informed us that day that he would have to get with the engineer Al T****** and see if he would assist, Mr. R******** then said he wasn't sure because plans were inaccurate. I questioned him why would he do that? His reply was " YOU SAID YOU NEEDED TO SAVE MONEY AND I WAS HOPING IT WOULD SLIP BY COUNTY". Well dog gone it. We never implied such request to save money, we were relying on this company to be honest and forthright about business. This man just admitted to us that the plans he provided were inaccurate, and since neither Mr. R******** nor Mr. Al T****** communicate with us. We have the need to reach out to the BBB.
