    After signing lease July 1 told him July 2 I could not live there had too many animals for their lease form kept all my money key was returned in five days never moved in never had anything in my name kept all my money

    Good afternoon ********
    You had signed a lease agreement to reside at the apartment and had physically taken possession of your apartment home. The following week you had notified the office that you needed to be let out of our lease because you owned over 7 dogs that were not allowed at the community. You had signed a pet application stating that you were only bringing two dogs, as well as signed a pet addendum stating what our pet policy was. Because you had terminated your lease, per your lease agreement, termination fees are due. Pro-rated rent was charged through the 5th of July, as that was when you had given us keys. The remainder went towards your termination fees. Please contact the office should you need further clarification. Thank you

    I ******* ******* signed a lease July 1 and received keys . July 2 nd I personally went in the office and talked with Tara and said I could not take possession of the apartment a situation I occurred Per lease # of pets not the following week very untrue I did not say I had seven dogs that is very untruthful July 3 was a Sunday they were closed July 4 they were closed and they took possession of the keys on July 5th I had sent Ashlea a text and personally talked with her and in a very unprofessional response was told sorry there's nothing we can do I feel I was honest and had a situation I had no control over I had to get another place and being single put me in a very hard situation with deposits and all I feel they were very unfair keeping all my $2614 and very cold hearted and most likely rented the place soon after I feel I am do some of my $2614 and also I told them I would be seeking a lawyer because I think this is very very unfair for a professional business a big business to do something like this too a person sad
