We purchased floors for master-bedroom and 2nd bedroom in 2020. The floors are laminate. Our floors begin buckling and uneven last year in 2023, If you walk on the floors you feel them go down and up. So my husband and i have to be very careful walking on floors. Especially at night when going to bathroom. We reached out to BlueWater floors January of 2024, they gave us the run about, The a gentleman by the name of Paul came bye our house weeks after continuing texting and phoning them. He looked at floors and took a moisture check to floors and said I had lots of moisture under the floor. I explain to Paul that when they installed floors, I asked them were they going to include a moisture barrier to floor and the BlueWater Floors said NO. The floors company said it doesn't have to be under floors. So we have to purchase a dehumidifier and Bluewater Floors some of the floors down temporarily til they get with the floor company whom they purchased from. It took weeks and months for them to let me know the floor inspector said floors should have moisture barrier under the floors. Meantime, Im getting sick from having the moisture rise up to surface of the floors. It has cause me to go to ENT doctor and get on some medications. I'm still trying to contact Bluewater on the floors. The glue came off under the floors and now its a gummy mess on top of my floors, So Paul with Bluewater floors make another call to the floor inspectors and floor company where they purchase. He phone me and husband and let us know all the floors has been pulled off the production line because floors are made from china with dead fetus and children. And he's and Bluewater company are waiting for refund before they take my old floors off and put new floors on. I have reported BlueWater Floor to Attorney General. The Attorney General told me to reach out our complaint on floors to several companies which includes BBB.

      ***** Complaint,

In regards to the complaint above, I have been in contact with the manufacturer and they have been going through the process of trying to get the claim pushed through the system.  After they had not got it handled we have gone ahead and hired a flooring inspector last week personally and he has contacted Mrs. ***** about coming out to inspect the floors while we continue to work with the company.  As far as the floors being installed without a moisture barrier they were install in 2019 when every inspector and flooring manufacturer stated that this product did not need any barrier underneath.  They have since learned that this is not the case hence the ability to file a claim.  In regards to the product being pulled I only let Mrs. ***** know that they have had to move the production of the plank out of China nothing in any way to do with child fetus but only child labor laws in China which was an industry wide decision.  I have been in contact again with Mrs. ***** to let her know I have hired our own personal 3rd party inspector and he is setting the date to do the inspection so we can get the floors replaced under warranty.  I will update you again as we see progress on the situation.

      Thank You
