The Owner of this company has threatened me and is in my opinion, a bully. I left a review on Google about how I called different plumbing companies for an estimate... Advising people to be careful because Reliable Plumbing gave me a crazy expensive estimate! More than half of another company I later called due to Reliable's being overpriced. After posting my review, I received a cease and desist email! I have never in my life been in such a situation!! Feeling scared in that moment, I took my review off of Goggle. Owner threatened me writing that he would notify the county inspector of my "non-permit" (he didn't even understand the situation... getting an estimate means work hasn't been done yet, hence not permitted yet!). Also have in his written response to me... enjoy what happens next. That is an open ended threat! Shocking that the owner of this company thinks that it is ok to treat people in this way. He even tried to degrade my husband after he posted his own review after seeing me upset who, by the way has been an active duty service member for 26 years writing to him... (exact words from owner) "I am having my attorney file papers in the morning I intend to use you and your wife's lack of respect for the uniform that you presently wear and I also intend to send pictures of the un-permitted work to dbpr". Just shocking!!! We have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General as well. Owners of companies should not be allowed to threaten people, period!!!

Traci ****** has been given a cease and desist order on falsely reviewing a company that has done nothing but provide a estimate. In her review she stated that we were scammers and taking advantage however as a company we have the right to set our pricing as we wish. She then mentioned that the plumber she had hired also stated in the review that is the reason we were unable to keep employees this is not the case as I stated to her they are ex employees for a reason. And since this woman continues to threaten me with negative reviews I now have no other alternative but to file suit against her her husband and her kids fake reviews. This has been nothing short of hurting a locally owned and operated business that by the way is partnered with many military charities such as wounded warrior, Hope For The Warriors and several others it has got so bad that I literally contacted the military on my behalf against this family and now my lawyer is currently working on the paperwork to file suits for slander derogatory remarks and statements that negatively impact my company

In conclusion I admit that I made the mistake of signing the installation papers and giving a check to Reliable Plumbing Plus (RP+) prior to inspecting the job however, with the items below taken into consideration and with all the untrue statements I had received I "stopped payment" on the $1586.24 check. RP+ misinformed me that modifications were required to install a new heater. A. RP+ did not have a suitable unit, but would obtain one then claim I supplied it. B. RP+ stated that the unit (65IN) I had sitting in my home which could have been installed C. RP+ refused to identify the unit that I was supposed to have supplied. D. The unit they installed was not a 94/95 but an v75. E. Inquiring "on line" as to the cost of the v95($1439) which I was told would be installed and the v75($892) which was installed is $547! I would have expected a change in my invoice total! I am depositing a check for $ 1586.24 in the mail today to RP+. I Believe I was misinformed through the entire process. The heater I had on hand could have been installed for a max of $ 1916 (using RP+'s labor cost), but I believed an unreliable source, Reliable Plumbing Plus, so I lost $724, my bad!

To whom it concerns:

To start off with the calls are all recorded and we worked with this customer trying to get this customer hot water using his existing ventilation system where he was not wanting to change out since this the customer has canceled a check causing additional charges per our attorney he is in breech of contract and legal services have since been initiated by our company. We have tried working with this customer on several occasions about this and all it does is turn into a cursing convention that we do not tolerate. As far as payment is concerned this customer to date still has not supplied payment and attorney is diligently at work filing paperwork on this matter

This rambling response is totally incorrect!
1. I was told the unit I wanted to install required modification to my current insulation and a different model must be installed.
2. The company said they could obtain a suitable unit, suggestion a V95, I agreed to a total price of $2607.76
3. When the estimate was e mailed to me it stated, "customer supplied tankless". When I requested how much I had paid for the heater and what model was it not their policy to itemize an invoice.
4. Since I was to have supplied the equipment I believe it was with in my rights to know how much I had paid and what model it was. I was refused time after time,
5. Having been without hot water for several days, I continued with the company, believing then to be "Reliable".
6. In none of the e mails back and forth or any phone call, I do not see any mention of a V75.
7. When the installer arrived, I expected to see a v95 installed with some modification to existing configuration.
8. The installation took maybe 60 to 90 min.
9. I like a fool signed the "smart pad" as the company stated accepting the work.
10. After the workman departed, I inspected the project and found:
a. A V75 had been installed
b. NO modification to existing plumbing, ventilation or electrical had been made.

As what was explained to Mr. ***** by ways of recorded phone conversation is that we would have to find a model that would work with his current flue pipe as he did not want the additional cost associated with upgrading to a more current version with that said he calls our office yelling at our receptionist verbally abusing her to a point of her crying. At this juncture I would recommend that Mr. ***** seek legal counsel as we have yet been paid for the work that was signed for by way of contract. This has been nothing but a headache dealing with this customer as he continues to slander our companies name and at this point I will stop at nothing until justice is served. I have alre Obtained a police report against Mr. ***** through my local agency and will pursue this matter in court for the full amount plus any legal and personal fees associated with this instance. I wish the best for him but enough is enough personally I believe he is trying to get something for nothing either because of lack of funds or whatever the case is however I am not going to stop until the entire amount plus any canceled check fees and attorney fees are paid for.
