Reef Runner Remodeling and Repair is a company you can trust. Reef Runner essentially rebuilt the interior of our house after extensive hurricane damage. They were hard working and able to get us back into our home in a reasonable time frame. Reef Runner is professional, communicative, and does quality work. When we encountered bumps in the road, Reef Runner devised good solutions to problems and did their best to make things right. At the start, Brian helped bring our visions to life. The owner, Gary, is a genuine guy who cares for his clients. We were so pleased with our experience with Reef Runner that we hired them for some additional projects. Kenny transformed our dated brick exterior with a fabulous new paint job, and Warren and crew built us the the backyard deck of our dreams. We are thankful for this company and highly recommend them!

We needed a total home renovation, not by choice though. We had a water line leak that caused damage to our floors, cabinets and walls, therefore flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops and trim and sheet rock had to be replaced and the whole house repainted. I was devastated because our beautiful home was so damaged. There was only one company that I trusted to put my home back together- REEF RUNNER! I trusted Reef Runner’s owner, Gary Winkler and his team because a year prior to this needed Reno, they built our beautiful outdoor kitchen - and that experience was flawless. Countless calls and messages were always answered with Gary’s reassurance that everything will be okay and that they’d get us back in our home as quickly as possible. There was continuous communication throughout the whole process. Not only did they get us back into our beautiful home on time they got it done two weeks ahead of schedule. Shout out to the the RR team- they were all eager to please often going above and beyond! The RR team is trustworthy, neat, perfectionists- and all around great, hardworking people and we appreciate them all so much!! We liked our home before but now we LOVE it-it was put back together better than its original condition! Thank you Reef Runner!

Reef Runners Remodeling did a total renovation of our outdated home. They were professional and courteous in all of our interactions and the quality of work was superb! KEEP LOOKING! Worst mistake of our lives is selecting Reef Runner to rebuild our daughter’s home after a massive fire. If I’d known 19 months ago what I know today, I NEVER would have selected them. Thinking they were an answer to a prayer actually turned out to be a trip into hell, absolute hell! Once you sign their contract, you lose ANY and ALL ability to negotiate, to withhold funds due to no work, poor work, excessive completion time, added costs, damage to property, poor to no communication for months on end, then you have to “jump” when they finally get moving and start communicating. On their contract, “”At no such time shall customer withhold payment of any task/job/service that has been completed by RRRR.” I am 66 years old and I have never seen or met a more proficient liar than the owner, Gary Winkler. If he isn’t lying, he’s making excuses. What was to have been a 12 month rebuild turned into 19 months. At the year mark, my daughter gave up her 900 square ft apt and was basically in a hotel room for 7 months. We took in her huge dogs during that time and it caused quite a bit of damage to our home, not to mention traumatizing our 3 cats. There has to be a better GC than Reef Runner so KEEP LOOKING!!

We were shocked by this review as this customer and her family were extremely appreciative and giving accolades to our work during the final walk thru with the project manager. As per our usual practice, at the walk thru, we requested a punch list of anything we may have missed or that the customer found unsatisfactory so we could take care of it prior to requesting final payment. All items that we were told of were completed and customer then paid final payment without any issues or arguments. This customer signed the proposal online July 23, 2021 but did not immediately supply the 10% deposit required to reserve a spot on the board. We let all of our customers know that we are booking several months out due to the high demand for our services. Once the customer paid the 10% deposit, we began communicating with the Architect and the truss company. Due to the customer request to change the ceiling height from the original height in the home, there was much discussion back and forth between the Architect and truss company to come up with the best and safest design to meet the customer request. All of this took place during the material shortage caused by covid. By the time we received the final engineered drawings and various required permits from the county and city, it was May of 2022 when we were actually given permission to start moving on this job. We completed and received final payment from customer in February of 2023 so we actually completed this in less than 10 months not 19 as stated by the customer. Even though we completed the actual work in less than 12 months, the customer failed to mention that Reef Runner compensated her $4000 towards their daughters rent to help them out. A project of this magnitude requires much background work and it is understandable that the customer might feel as though nothing is happening because they cannot see physical progress. However, the customer was updated through emails during the discussions with the architect and awaiting permits to be issued. As for our contract, it is a simple contract used by general contractors and construction companies. In fact, it is a template that we downloaded and plugged our name into, so there is nothing out of the ordinary or more confining than what you will find from other contractors. The final thing we will address is the slanderous comment about our owner as there is no truth in her claim. In fact, we have many repeat customers who state one of the main reasons for continuing to choose Reef Runner over other companies is due to Mr Winkler's honesty, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Again, we are saddened and confused at this customer's review since their communication with us was completely different but we know this has been a stressful time for this family and hope then can find peace and comfort now that they are back in their home.

The Reef Runner team did an amazing job remodeling our unit at Summerwind West in Navarre Beach, FL.
~The master bath was completely renovated to include a custom shower, closet, vanity and cabinet.
~The popcorn ceilings were scrapped, smoothed and painted.
~Triple crown molding was added.
~Flooring, light fixtures and ceiling fans were replaced.
~The entire unit was painted.
