Replaced my roof from Irma and the roof leaked into virtually every room in my house. Called and no response. Finally had to go to the office where the people were rude and really didn't care. Finally paid a painter to come and repair the ceilings. After many calls Marlin sent part of the money. Then they came to paint the roof vents and missed 2 of them. Called and they came again and still missed one on the rear of the house. When they were finished and still found nails, pieces of tile and plastic water bottles behind the bushes and in the yard. Cleanup was awful! Worst experience ever and they always wanted their money NOW! Don't use them or you will regret forever. Horrible company.

Our roof was leaking after Marlin roofing put cracked tiles on our roof from hurricane Irma I had to poke holes in the ceilings where they improperly installed the roof so that our ceilings didn’t cave in We held back monies from them until they fixed what was damaged by their installation The owners called us complaining he didn’t get his final 5000. Then he dropped it down to 2500. They were already paid most of the monies but just like their office girls these men hang up like little children. This company is rude inside and out If you did hire them be careful I’m certain there are always screaming matches in their offices My neighbor had to call for them to remove the cracked tiles off if their property. The girl in the office, very professionally hung up on them. I guess they come by it honestly These people, after holding our check from the insurance co, for close to 2 years, are calling and hanging up instead of being professional. They’ll get paid once they remove their commencement and fix the damage inside my home. We still have multiple ceilings with water damage caused by them.

Everything went great from start to finish. Amazed at the way the workers cleaned up every day. Thank you for a job well done.

Fortunately my roof job went very well. The Marlin crew were quick, clean and diligent. If I had a question they were available with the answer. From my experience I would recommend them.

Terrible company to do business with. Job was to fix a leaking flat roof. It took over a year to get anyone to do the job, even after the money was received from the Insurance Company Mediation. After the flat roof was finally replaced, it still leaked!! When I called them, the secretary told me on the phone, that the part where it's leaking it's a metal roof and they do not deal with metal roofs!! Say what?? You didn't know this when you told me you could fix the leak?? She then had the gall to tell me they can't tell where the leaks are coming from!! Say Again???? What kind of roofing company are you????? I would not wish anyone to have this experience with a roofing company. Stay away from Marlin Construction Group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was very easy to work with this company, all employees is professional and friendly. I'll definitely recommend Marlin Construction Group to my friends..
