Told us they would take care of HOA application. Upon completing the fence my wife told them it did not look correct, they assured us it was with HOA specifications. We received email from HOA that application was not within ARC guidelines and was denied. Contacted person who installed fence, he told me to send emails to XXX email. I did that with no response. Finally talked to CFFK's office staff who informed me that the person no longer works for them. I explained that the application was denied and the fence is not correctly installed. I explained that we had to resubmit application prior to corrections being made on the fence per the HOA. They resubmitted the incorrect application again, the application was denied by HOA. HOA now says one more chance to get application correct or fence has to be removed. Finally after I drew up plans and gave to CFFK it was approved. Took several weeks to get in touch with CFFK as they now will not answer calls or emails. Spoke to owner who said they had to order fence and then would come fix it. He advised me to contact him from this point forward. It has now been 5 weeks. Now he nor his staff will answer phone calls or email. I sent yet another email about a time line to get this resolved the answer I got was " we will be out shorty". Now again they will not answer calls or emails. I now have a quote from another company to fix this fence. It is going to cost me an additional 1600 dollars for repairs. CFFK needs to get it together. The office staff does not answer the phone, they do not return voicemails and it takes days or weeks to get emails answered. When they do return emails, answers are vague and have no clear answers or solutions to the resolution of this problem. I payed quite a bit of money to have this fence installed. It is not within the HOA specs after they assured it was. I just want them to DO THE RIGHT thing and fix the errors they made. Mind you this has all been going on since the end of December !
