I called this company on Friday, Feb 9, ********************************************************************************************************************* case I dont show up for my appointment. I was told this is their standard procedure now because patients are not showing up for their appointments. I have never been required to provide credit card/debit card information in order to receive health care before in my life. I am not sure this is legal; but it certainly is unacceptable. I have never been a no show for any appointments at their facility or any other healthcare appointments. I have contacted ***************************************************************************************** for clarification and to find out if this is legal and acceptable conduct.I would like the business owner to call me and provide information and confirmation that this is standard operating procedures and when this policy began. I visited this business in Dec 2022 and had no issues.
