On October 16, 2022, at the ***** Home Show at ***************************, I purchased a table from Tommie and his wife, *****, and ordered two matching stools for $300, which I paid for in full with a check at that time. Tommie promised that he would finish the stools and deliver them to my home in about 2 weeks. I made multiple attempts over the next 2 months to obtain the promised stools or a refund, with extremely limited responses from Tommie, and no communication from him without my first contacting him. He made many promises to complete the stools and deliver them, then a few promises to refund my $300, but he never followed through. This included 3 different occasions that he said he would deliver the stools, with my waiting in my home all day on 2 occasions and half a day on another occasion, without any communication from him that his plans had changed. My husband ******* ******* and I purchased 3 handmade tiki poles from this particular vendor at a boat show in Tampa, Florida on June 26, 2022. Only 2 were available at the time of purchase, the third was to be delivered with installed solar lights within a few days to an address in Wesley Chapel, FL. (no product was received the day of purchase, all 3 poles were to be delivered together. Payment for all 3 made immediately through****** from my husband's account to************************ apparently the wife's business ******************* and more). All 3 poles were purchased for $1200. With no delivery of poles to address requested, I contacted Tommie A****** on or about 7/7/22 and requested shipment to Richmond Hill, GA. Tommie informed me it would cost an additional $502 dollars and the poles would be to my address within a few days. I paid Tommie A****** via ***** and additional $502 for pole delivery that same day with a promise of tracking information. To this day 8/25/2022 I have not received product or even tracking information. I have been in contact with Tommie via phone and text with promises that purchases would arrive. Have requested refunds via ***** and ****** again with promises that purchases would arrive and would give refunds.
