I went there to get a battery replacement for my iPhone & ended up with a broken original Apple screen. They also did not show me the battery they were putting in my phone, its supposed to be an original Apple battery but now my phone keeps getting hot. They did tell me Apple went down which caused a delay, it seemed like a rush job. I went back to get the screen fixed or adjusted and they ended up breaking my screen to pieces. *******, the front desk man said they broke my screen even further when they lifted the screen to fix it. They replaced my screen with the cheapest screen they had and wanted to charge me $50 for it, as if they were doing me a favor which was highly insulting. Now my phone keeps giving me a message that I do not have an original Apple screen. The manager ***** didnt care and was an absolute bully, he kept making faces and insulting me and told me to go call Asurion. ******* just sat there afraid to say anything. My receipt clearly states that my screen was never cracked when I went in for the battery replacement. This used to be a good store. Not anymore. Different employees and now they are connected with Asurion. We couldnt even check our phone thoroughly before we left because the store seems to block wifi connection and my phone power was dying. I spoke with professionals at another store and they stated that most likely they burned my phone on the warming pad the first time around, the glass was lifted on one side and domed with a black dot on the screen and the app icons now had a halo to them. Technically they were supposed to replace my glass with original glass and accept the loss because its their mistake. This has caused me tremendous stress and they purposefully humiliated me in the store. I would like a new original Apple screen and I want to make sure that I really received an Apple battery and I need to know why now my phone is getting hot. They need to pay for the damage and I want the repairs done at another ubreakifix.
