      On Sept. 2, 2021 I paid $182.45 US for 2 tickets to The Halluci Nation concert at the *********** in *********************** on Sept. 8, 2021 and received email confirmation of this. On Sept. 7, 2021 I was notified that the concert was rescheduled for Jan. 27, 2022 at the ****************** and my tickets would be honoured. On Jan. 26, the event was postponed again, and ConcertFix stated "This event will still happen at the same venue at a later date. Your tickets will still be valid for the new date and time once the event is rescheduled...We will update you once additional details are known. You will receive another email once the event is rescheduled to a new date and time."Come July ******************************************************************** a refund and was denied either, as the event was "postponed indefinitely" I was not eligible for a refund and there was no date set. Then I found out that the event had in fact taken place on April 29, 2022 at the ****************** and concertfix never notified me. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets that I paid for.

      We are a third party marketing company and merely connect the customer with the broker for the sale. We are not the merchant of record and therefore not in charge of refunds or cancellations.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have received 3 separate emails from ConcertFix stating that I will be issued a refund, in direct contradiction with this response. I have yet to see any evidence of a refund being issued to my payment method but I will wait another 3-5 business days for the money to be deposited as requested in the latest email.

      I bought tickets through concertfix.com to see Lana Del Rey perform at "Hangout" music festival occurring in May 2022. Concertfix advertises Lana's performance and attached a link to purchase tickets. I purchased 2 tickets in November 2021 for a total of 1,408.80 and only two weeks later it was confirmed by hangout music festival that she would not be performing at the event. I began by contacting concertfix customer support and nobody answered any of my calls after extensive wait times an automated system prompted me to press one for a call back or be disconnected. I pressed 1 and never received any calls or messages. I then proceeded to file a dispute with my credit card company and concertfix disregarded the dispute claiming all sales are final despite the fact that the services will not be rendered. I repeatedly called concert fix and was able to reach a representative who said the false advertisement was irrelevant and denied my refund yet again. I then proceeded by taking all of my documents to a local police station and they concluded the situation as fraud and filed a report (central complaint # 22-217758). After filing the police report on April 15 2022 I have tried to call concertfix customer support multiple times only to wait and not receive a call back.

      I am rejecting this response because: I began this dispute in December and not once did you give myself or my credit card company a different number (or broker) to contact for a refund. In fact on the phone a representative of Concertfix customer support  told me your company denied my request because Concertfix contract claims all sales are final despite that the services will not be rendered instead of directing me to an upper authority who could help me. YOU (concertfix customer support) shut me down without further assisting me to your "broker". Despite me asking to speak to your highest Authority. That call took Place on March 29th approximately 2:18 pm and lasted approximately 30 minutes and from what I was told all calls are monitored and recorded. Also I would like to add it is Concertfix, your company which falsely advertised her appearance with your name on the URL and your letter head on the website which Is where I purchased the tickets, which holds your company responsible for all sales. Lastly the day I initially filed this complaint on BBB as well as the day I filed a police report you were still falsely advertising her appearance, which was after I had already spoken to a representative on the phone about the issue.  Ironically today I see on your website you finally corrected that she has no tour dates. It was only after I contacted BBB did you correct your mistake which was posted on your website for at least 5 months.  How do we resolve this?

      According to our Terms & Policies (https://concertfix.com/policies)...

      "Event Listings SITE does not guarantee the accuracy of event information on SITE including but not limited to event name, event location or venue, event start time, or event date. Event start times are subject to change without notice. Changes to an event including but not limited to event location or venue, event start time, event date, performer list, performance type, length of event, and amenities included in a ticket package may be done at the discretion of the venue, performer, promoter or other party responsible for the event each of which are unaffiliated with SITE and SITE has no control over such changes, nor can SITE be liable for any such changes. USER agrees to visit the website of the venue, stadium, team, or performer to find out if there have been any event time adjustments."

      "All sales are final Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations."

      I am rejecting this response because:
      You cannot legally charge me for something when I am not getting what I paid for. I paid to see Lana Del Rey. End of Story. You cannot falsely advertise an artist performance. Hence the police report stating this is Fraud. Without service rendered Contract is null and void. Nothing changed it never was to begin with.
