  My One account was hacked, reported it immediately December 2024 and now March 2025. Still no return of money taken. I have called them weekly to no help, they closed the account, now they say we can't help you, you don't have an account. Called the police **** to file a report. Police state One is by law to give them information they requested. One said no. I have lost my place of living due to this nightmare.

  Froze my account after. 2 days and are keeping my money until their investigation is over . I asked to close my account so a check can be issued to me. They said no. I asked to speak to office that completes investigation and they said they have no option to transfer me. I was told first within 2 hrs, then email said 2 business days, then 5 business days before next update via email. I still have no access. 6 calendar days /no email either.

  Opening a One Account and transferring $5k into it from my other bank was a breeze...but getting back was another story entirely.I tried initiating a transfer through the one App, however after submitting the transfer, I noticed that my receiving account numbers didn't match the numbers I had put in. I cancelled the transaction and tried again...but the same thing happened. I tried several times and each time, the same thing happened.Frustrated at this point, I initiated an external transfer through my other bank and it went through no problem. However, several days later, One Finance reversed the transaction stating "insufficient funds" even though I had the funds in my One Account. I called One customer service and spoke to a representative and her supervisor for over 2 hours. Neither one of them resolved my problem. They didn't even offer me a sufficient solution. They wouldn't take the blame for what happened nor would they reimburse me for the overdraft charges from my other bank (which I was charged because of the mistake ONE FINANCE had made!!!).The only good solution they gave me was to initiate a debit card ACH to my external bank...however, they charged me an $82 fee to do this. After asking if they could wave that fee since all of this was their fault to begin with, they declined to do that ****** this point, I was livid with One Finance and just wanted to get my money out because I didn't feel safe with this institution anymore...so I ate the $82 charge and transferred my money out.This bank is TERRIBLE, their software is buggy, and they don't want to take responsibility for the problems they cause. Stay away if you value your money.I deposited $5k and ended up with $4,960 after a month of "earning interest" and collecting bonuses thanks to their mistakes...and it was a headache even getting it back.

  One financial is the worst company ever. They don't do anything to make there customers happy and sit back and watch it all happen if you file a dispute with them good luck you wont get anywhere with them worst customer service and poor satisfaction overall. No one ever go with them.

  my money! I have found various reviews from customer who are going through the samething! I believe one is the worst bank to have customer service wise because they dont have the capability of satisfying their customers! Its a waste of your time and patience! One doesnt believe in taking care of their customers!

  This business is a complete ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM. I've had an account with them for over a year and I am closing due to misrepresentation. They offered my, without me asking, they offered me a credit line/overdraft under the terms that if it isn't paid back within the month, it reverts to a loan, with monthly payments at 12% interest. Instead of doing that, 3 days after they offered and I accepted, they announce they were stopping that program. I called to complain and they said not to worry, it will just revert to a loan and you can pay it back over time. That was a lie. 2 days later my payroll deposit hit and they took all of it to pay back the loan they had just assured me could be paid back over time. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
