On July 13, 2024. I made a delivery pizza in the amount of $35.26. The pizza was made and delivered within less than 30 minutes. The delivery guy called me to get the gate code. I could see he was at the gate. I was waiting for him use the call box, but he was so hesitant. It took the guy almost 5 minutes to finally dial the code. When he delivered my pizza, he made me pulled pizza boxed out of the thermal bag. I thought that was very odd. Well once I walked into my kitchen and opened the boxes, the pizzas were destroyed. Cheese and the ingredients were all over the box. I was ******. So I called the store, and I explained to the guy on the phone was happened. He stated, that he will refund my money and it will take 7 to 10 business days. I called back within 7 days and asked to speak with the manager. I think her name was *** or ****. She stated to wait until the 10th day. Well I waited about another week. I called and spoke with the same. And she remembered me. She would not let me get a word. She stated you will to call corporate to get your refund. She yelled and got louder and louder. We had some file words with each other and she hung up the phone. I have sent request to corporate online and they gave me a case number of ******* on 8/7/2024. I have not heard from anyone. I want my money ASAP. And after ordering from this location for a very long time, I will never order from any Domino's Pizzas ever again. This makes the 2nd complaint I have made for this same location because I caught some employees using their bare hands and arm contact with exposed food that was not in a ready-to-eat form. They were also eating the ingredients while preparing the pizzas. And I will be sure to let people know how rude and unprofessional their staff and management can really be.

My husband ordered from the Fremont, ** location on 01/19/24. When my ordered was picked up, I inquired about adding points toward a free pizza. I was told by Server 9701; he was not sure how to add points & that I needed to go online to do so. At the bottom of the receipt there are instructions to do so. An attempt was made to collect points online at dominos.com/claimrewards. However, unable to do so I reached out to Dominos using the "contact us" tab listed on their website. An initial 'contact us' was used on 01/20/24 to which I got an automated email stating "Thank you for providing us your feedback and giving us the opportunity to assist you. We have created a case for you to report the information you provided to the responsible party for resolution. Your case reference number can be located in the subject line of this email". The Case Number that was assigned is *******. Also, listed within the email was "Replies to this email address are not monitored. Should you need to contact us again with additional details, please visit *******************************************. Any replies to the link provided will be added to your case". I clicked on the above link to add comments to my case several times, all of which went without a response. My second & final attempt using 'contact us' was made on 02/01/24 to which I got an automated email stating "Thank you for providing us your feedback and giving us the opportunity to assist you. We have created a case for you to report the information you provided to the responsible party for resolution. Your case reference number can be located in the subject line of this email". The Case Number that was assigned is *******. However, my numerous requests for follow-up have ALL gone without a reply leading me to here for a resolution. I just want my points added. I still have my receipt.

Dominos is offering a free emergency pizza. I have ordered 3 different times and received the emergency pizza offer but when you try to use it their website will not allow it. I have sent 4 different emails in the last 3.5 weeks to customer service and no response. Considering we eat from there on average 1 to two times a week I will be switching pizza places horrible customer service and fake emergency ******************** offer.

Received damaged food after a deliver. Used the online complaint form. Was contacted stating the store would follow up. Nobody ever followed up. I made several attempts to contact Dominos again and have not received any communications since.

I did not receive my pizza order back on 10/29/2022 - This was ordered at 5:59 PM The total order was for $41.16 After waiting for about an hour and 15 minutes I called the store to try and see if the pizza was still coming.I was immediately placed on hold. I waited on hold for an hour and half and then they just hung up.My family was starving at this point so i went to little ****** instead because i believed the pizza was never going to come and it was over two hours since the order was placed. The driver showed up after approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. I explained i di not want the pizza anymore because i had to make other arrangements due to the store never answering and waiting over two hours which lead to believe the pizza was never coming.I called the store manager the next day to ask for a refund and explained i tried to call to see if they were even open but was placed on hold for an hour and half and nobody ever answered. She said "We were very busy and di you think i was just going to sit by the phone" I said i just wanted a refund for the pizza i never received and she said she would process that. It been 2 months and no refund. I have e-mailed Dominos **************** 5 times explaining the situation and still no call back. I have all of this documented with screen shots of my attempts to get this resolved My hope is maybe you can assist?
