I tried to process a warranty claim on an item I purchased. I opened a ticket with the company via email and provided all necessary information and never heard back. I tried to call many times and reply to the email chain to get an update and never heard anything. I tried to open another ticket with the same actions as above. They do not answer their phone and never call back when leaving a message.Customer response

Order Date: December 04, 2023 (Order #W210612201)Cost of Item: $40 (Bass Pro Shops Tracker Boat Ball Pit)We received the item on time. Once we set it up and inflated it, a secondary piece, the blow up fishing rod, had a small hole and would instantly deflate. I contacted BetterToyz via email on 1/10/24. I received an immediate auto response that someone would be in touch within 72 hours. Shortly after, i received an email with a list of information being requested about the order number, photos, part number, date code of manufacturing. This was all provided to them on 1/11/24. Again, i received notification someone would be in touch with me within 72 hours. Nothing. I tried 2 more times. Nothing. I then called their number. There is an option to leave a message and someone would get back to me. However, the extension they tell you to dial then states that it is not a working extension. So basically, there is no way to leave a message on the general voicemail box even though it states you can. I have then tried to reach out an additional time via email and no one is answering. I initially only wanted the defective fishing rod replaced but would now also like a full refund for wasting this much of my time.Initial Complaint

I purchased an inflatable slide/ball pit for my son on 12/10/23 and gave it to him for Christmas. Within a few days of using it, the slide continued to rip apart at the seams and not hold air. I contacted Better Toyz to get a replacement because it said specifically on the product to contact them within 30 days to request a replacement if theres an issue with the one that you purchased. I first called and left a message and never received contact back. I then sent an email in which I received an auto reply back that somebody would contact me within 72 hours. Its now been almost a week and I have not been contacted back. When you try to call the companys phone number, theres no way to get a hold of a person , and you can only leave a message. Now when you try to leave a message, it tells you that the mailbox is full and that hangs up on you.
