If I can give no star I would this company are scammers. They didnt complete the job also they installed broken windows. My doors were not tinted and they left me with an expired permit now I have to pay a fine of ******** dollars how unfair is this. They also put a lean on your house and the job is poorly done. They even broke my counter top in which they stated they would have paid for but never did. This company is ruthless and doesnt deserve to be called professionals. If you dont want issues please dont use this company. They also go by a different name now.Review from Donna T.

Do NOT !!!! use HK Contractors. Dreadful experience had my impact windows put in since May/ June 2021, still not completed. No one returns my phone calls.They dont deserve a star!!!Review from Romaine B.

I contracted HK contractors in September 2021 to replace my roof. Sine June of 2022 every time it rains, the dripping begin. I text the contractor, **** who came to see me at the initial stage of the repair and up until today August 12, 2022 no response. I have been calling since June 4th for someone to come out to look at my roof and no one have the decency to call me back or email me back. At this point I don't know who to call or who to turn to. I'm a first time home owner and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I NEEED HELP NOW.WHY SHOULD WE BE ABLE TO LEAVE A STAR WHEN THEY CLEARLY DONT DESERVE 1/2Review from Lilian C

I am very upset with this company... I've been dealing with this company since last year in July. They kept giving me the run-arounds with trying to get my windows and doors installed. Going on a year and no permits given to me. My garage door missing parts per the City inspector and now my front "impact door" isn't closing right!!! Poor customer also... I tried calling to complain after weeks of waiting and I got transferred to another upset customer!!! Horrible experience I have ever encountered... never again!! I had to add a star but honestly I didn't want to !!!!! ??????Review from Agustin V

Do not use this company, what a horrible experience. And my roof is still not fix after months of completion.

Roof job was 100% completed and pass ***** inspection however a line of tiles that joins the flat roof to the Tile Roof had to be removed and the tile is unavailable due to worldwide circumstances. Cosmetic lotion outside of the scope of work of our contract. We agreed to replace it as a courtesy but are waiting tile delivery.Review from CATHERINE R

This company sent a representative (who HK Contractors acknowledge is a criminal who scammed many of their customers) that conned us into getting a PACE loan for a roof and impact windows that they overpriced us for. (He said it was the only way to get the roof done). Once the contract was signed they mever came back to do yhe impact windows. Then, when the roof started leaking a few months later, the representative was nowhere to be found and the main HK Contractor sent another representative who did nothing. They then lost all of our records so that we were unable to pay back the loan. The whole time they lied to us about helping to resolve these issues. This led to a lot of housing problems, financial issues, and our taxes raising due to the loan - putting our family at risk for foreclosure.
