      On July 2nd I saw a special from South Beach Skin Care for $39, $78 and you get 2 plus a free one (3 for $78). Almost immediately I got an email, stating my order was $123. I immediately wrote back stating it should be $78, not $123 and to cancel the order. When I didnt receive a reply, I sent another email on July 3rd telling them to cancel the order and all I received was confirmation of my first offer. I have not opened the package and want to know if I send it back as I not accepted, will I get my money back.

      To Whom It May *********************** believe this complaint is for the wrong company. Our product is $189.00. We also do not have any record of a recent order for Ms. ***** The last contact and order we had with her was back on 2013.

      If she believes that information is incorrect she can contact our customer service team directly at ************, because the contact information she has is outdated. 

      Please remove this complaint from out listing.

      I ordered a face cream from them and upon trying the face cream I had a rash develop on my skin. I emailed them to return the product with no response they have no number I could find on their site. I emailed again with no response. I just got charged another $139 for a subscription order I did not authorize. How many of these companies scam people into these type a of orders where they automatically put you in a subscription. I had a bad reaction and then instead of canceling they charge me for another order. I want a response and want a refund. I do NOT want another order

      To Whom It May **************************************** placed an order for our product in the amount of $139.00 on 10/08/23. Please see the attached screenshot with her account history. After her first order, she was automatically enrolled into a subscription (which was made clear to her when she placed her order). On 12/09/23, a reorder was generated automatically and because of this the customer got notice in her PayPal account (which was her chosen payment method), at which time she emailed in asking about the order's origin and requesting a cancellation. Our email department canceled this second order the same day the order was created and then also canceled the account so no more orders were created. Please see the attachment from PayPal that shows the transaction was voided and refunded. Following, we instructed the customer to return her initial first order (from 10/08/23) for the second original $139.00 refund and even extended the money-back guarantee so she could return for a full refund. Please see the attachment with return instructions that were emailed to her and show "viewed". At this point in time, ************************* is eligible for the refund on this second order if she returned the product until 12/15/23. All future orders are canceled and her account has been closed.

      I discovered that I have been repeatedly billed for glow drops at $***** every month, when I only received one initial shipment, and NO subsequent shipments. I have canceled any future charges and shipments, but I am requesting a refund for all payments of ***** per month charged, as no product was received! A grand total of 7 X ***** = $623.00. Only the initial product received at *****!! NEVER RECEIVED subsequent product, which would have flagged me to cancel.

      To Whom It May ************************ email customer service team has helped ******************** get a refund for all orders that are eligible to be refunded through PayPal (6/7 orders). The remaining transaction is over 6 months old and ineligible to refunded per PayPal. 

      We have attached a copy of the refund/cancellation email confirmation in this response. 

      The account we have for her has been closed and completely canceled.

      On April 24/23 my account was charged $146.23. I did no order this and have as yet not received anything. If I am on a repeat order list please take it off and I would like my $146.23 credited back to my account.

      To Whom It May ************************************** placed a recurring order with us back on 3/21. At the time of her order, it was explained this would be an automatic recurring order and generate/ship automatically every month. Since **** is claiming she was unaware of this subscription and agreement, we have refunded the order in question and canceled the subscription so we don't send her anything else. We have issued a full refund of $103.50 USD via PayPal (which is the original form of payment used when she placed this order). We have attached a copy of the refund in this response and the customer should see a credit shortly. If there are any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

      I ordered anti-aging on 11/28/2022 refused shipment as instructed by company. Received another charge on my credit card on 1/29/2023 called company on 2/15/2023 they said don't open it and return it...I never received the shipment. The phone number on my credit card statement is no longer in service ************. Found another number to contact them on. They are now saying I had 15 days to return the product and I need to contact the post office, then Life Cell will do their own investigation. I truly wish I had the time to run around to meet the demands of Life Cell while they are holding my money hostage and holding me accountable for the mail and their policies. The company is a thief!

She should see a refund within the next 3-5 business days in the amount of $278.00 ($139 for each order). All future orders are canceled so she will not get shipped or charged anything else.

      I did not sign up for a subscription to a product. I was charged a recurring fee of $89 on February 23, 2023. I searched both the company name and a different one from my PayPal account and cant even find the product on the Internet. I am going to try the number you have listed for the company but I am frightened that I wont find it and will keep being charged.

      To Whom It May *********************** have pulled up ***************************** account and see it has been handled by our email customer service department. We have canceled her recurring subscription so we do not send her anything else and we refunded the February charge she is talking about because she emailed asking to cancel the order. We have included some screenshots with our response; one showing her account canceled in our system, one showing the corresponding account canceled in PayPal, and the last showing her PayPal account with the cancellation and refund. **** will no longer receive any orders from us or future charges.       I responded to an ad the indicated that I would be charged *****. When I initiated the PayPal it automatically charged me ******. I would not have and did not approve this amount, but it charged my PayPal account this much. This is a deceptive practice. I want a refund and no longer want this product unless I am simply charge the ***** indicated with no recurring charges

      To Whom It May *********************** have read the complaint but don't find any customer information that matches this person in our system or within the PayPal portal. I have attached a screenshot of the customer's email address and last name, being searched through our PayPal portal, but don't show a history with her. We believe this customer filed a complaint with the wrong company. Also to note, the screenshot she provided with the charge information does not match our records or descriptors; when someone places an order with us and use PayPal the charge reads South Beach Skincare or LifeCell (reorders). Please remove this complaint from our account as soon as possible. If you have any other questions or the customer believes we are incorrect, please have her contact us.

      Company offers a trial of a skin care product advertised on Facebook for the cost of shipping and handling, $4.25. When I placed the order, they charged me instead for $189.00.

      To Whom It May Concern, 

      Customer placed an order for a 30-day trial of our product and was made aware of the trial terms before placing the order (please see attached). His order has since been canceled. He has spoken with two different representatives in our customer service department who canceled his order and voided the transactions made onto his payment method. He was also told it would take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 business days to be refunded back to him. 

      We are not shipping or charging him anything further and his information has been removed from our system.

      Hello, I have not authorized South Beach Skin Care to auto ship and automatically deduct money from my bank account. I contacted Pay Pal and they said removing my card info from my PayPal account would stop them from taking money from my account Z. It didn't stop them. I emailed the merchant prior to their withdrawal of $59 on 9/14 and the email bounced back. I attempted to contact the merchant and Pay Pal but they still took the money for an unauthorized auto shipment. I need a refund of the $69 and South Beach to stop further shipments and withdrawals from my account with are unauthorized. Thank you, ***** ***** XXX-XXX-XXXX
