I GAVE MR. QUINTIN ******* $5800 TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE ON VADA ROAD IN JULY 2021. MR. ******* KEPT MAKING EXCUSES FOR NOT COMPLETING THE SERVICE HE PROMISED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HE HAS NOT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO MY TEXT OR EMAIL. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR. I WENY ONTO THE GADESON COUNTY CLERK OF COURT RECORDS AND I SEE THAT HE HAS DONE THIS TO MANY CUSTOMERS.Initial Complaint

I needed a new roof for my home and Mr. ******* advised that I would have to pay $5,500 and that he needed $3,500 upfront to pay for cost of materials. Mr. ******* was given a cashier's check on 09/15/201 for $3,500. I started asking for a refund in November of 2021 and have not received anything. My calls and text messages has been blocked and my emails have not been responded to.
