I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. About a year ago, I purchased an A/C unit from them, and they charged me $80 for installing new vents as part of a deal with the purchase. Recently, I contacted them again to have two additional vents installed, only to be quoted an outrageous price of $700 per vent.When I expressed my concern to the sales manager, *****************************, pointing out that this seemed unfair given my previous business with them, he responded rudely and dismissively, suggesting I take my business elsewhere if I didnt like the price. Shockingly, a few minutes later, he called me back and verbally abused me, saying, Go f*** yourself, you piece of ****.This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and a terrible way to treat a customer.Sansone, LLC Response

Sansone Air conditioner are wonderful people. I have used them for over 10 years. I had them come out to check on my elder brothers air conditioner. They were so professional and took care of his unit so promptly. Their technician was so courteous dealing with him. I love how they call you and let me know there on there way. As a recent widow I have many issues to handle which my husband had handled one of them was the air conditioner yesterday my air conditioner was serviced by Sansone the young man who came did everything that needed to be done in a prompt and efficient manner I had several questions which he answered in a way that I could understand I highly recommend Sansone as a companySansone, LLC Response

love working with them. this last tech was As superb at the one before. unfortunately my system has another issue almost 1 Year to the date it was repaired with new coils. very strange to say the least. they are taking care of me and confirmed its all covered by my warranty. very luck by this time. they have done right for customer retentionSansone, LLC Response

I had made the mistake in going through Home Depot, because they contracted this company to install my A/C for $4,997.00. This was on June 21st 2022 they installed a brand new A/C, and during the installation the technician installed my my main drain line and my auxiliary drain line in correctly. This caused the A/C to leak all through my brand new ceiling I had just did knock down on. This was the first time. They came out and corrected the issue only for the main drain line to crack on Nov 21st 2022, because of the installation being done once again in correctly. On march 17th 2023 again I had to contact them because the A/C wouldn’t turn on. They came out corrected the issue and then tried to charge me in which I just paid to be done with it even though A/C is not a year old. Jan 7th 2024 A/C cut off again due to the overflow sensor cutting the A/C off because the cut off switch was installed in correctly. Keep in mind I have to take days off of work because of this. Now here we are March 1st 2024 and my A/C once again stopped working the handler outside does not even turn on. I live in Florida and I need a working A/C that I paid for to work. The owner refuses to answer , so I’ve been left with no choice but to file a complaint. This A/C unit is a lemon at this point this is my 5th service call I had to make for the A/C not working. I need the owner to own this issue and give me a new and working A/C. I think the fact that he can’t even respond is no unprofessionally. Again I had to take another day off they said they would be here between 8-12pm March 1st 2024 and it’s 1pm and I had to call the call center for them to tell me there a delay. I lost another day off work sitting in a house at 84 degrees since the night before. They refuse to own that the A/C is a lemon. I definitely do not recommend this company. I want the owner to own this lemon not me and at least acknowledge the complaint a d fix it!!!!Sansone, LLC Response

My experience with Sansone LLC for HVAV replacement was nothing short of amazing. From the professional and kind soul who booked my appointment, to the expedient, fair and accurate quoting of my system, to include financing that was unbeatable in today's economy, and through the highly skilled and clean installation of my new Carrier high-efficiency unit, the ENTIRE process was 100% seamless. I had a black mold issue that was clearly making me and my Yorkies sick and they were compassionate to this and jumped through hoops to make sure the installation was done as quickly as possible. I can't say enough about my positive experience from start to finish! Thank you, Sansone, for giving me peace-of-mind and "a breath of fresh air!"
