Thank you for your e-mail regarding the complaint.
At Premier, we pride ourselves on being courteous and responsive to owners and tenants that live in our communities. We have no record of the person waging the complaint, **** **** or ***************************************** as an owner in any of our communities. *********** the tenants have issues that we, the Association, cannot resolve but rather the owner/landlord has to resolve. We do answer phones, however, if our staff is on other lines with owners, or at lunch, we encourage a message be left and we return calls within 48 hours.
All of that being said, we cannot allow anyone to curse at or threaten our managers. When this happens we tell them that they need to call or come back when they can discuss civilly. If it is a call, then we discontinue the call.
Please let us know if you need any further information to resolve this complaint. If I knew the community, I may be able to find more information from the staff on the incident the owner is referring to.
