Where to start? I'll be brief. We moved into 12 Oaks many years ago. In the years we've been residents, we've seen Concert purchase countless golf properties while allowing the 12 Oaks club in Holly Springs to devolve into a messy disgusting excuse for a "golf community" level club. We are disgusted that we pay dues monthly towards the fitness center, tennis courts, community garden, etc and we expect these "amenities" to be well-kept. This is a desirable neighborhood. One worth investing in. But Concert's CEO has allowed the fitness center to become a nasty rat-hole, with bathrooms that are never cleaned (check the black grout & other indicators), the fitness benches and fitness machines worn to the point of stuffing literally falling out of the seats, with floors and walls covered in filth not from careless residents but from neglect BY MANAGEMENT. I imagine the local prisons have cleaner fitness centers and that shouldn't be the case with a neighborhood of homes in the $600k and higher range. Instead of spending the relatively tiny amounts to replace trashed gym equipment, Concert expects members to join the "F45" gym that residents have to pay full price monthly to use. How nice to rent out space formerly used by residents so that Concert's CEO can take home money from renting the space & requiring memberships. Before Concert took that room away from residents, it had been used daily for meetings, senior citizen dance classes, yoga, pilates and other classes. Concert is the most self-centered and careless company I've ever experienced as a homeowner and community resident. What else has happened? The Community Garden is the area residents can rent plots for gardening for upwards of $120/yr. This used to be maintained by a Concert employee specifically tasked with keeping it nice and taking care of trash, etc. They laid her off years ago and the area is trashed, with residents voluntarily trying to keep it presentable despite broken fencing, overgrown weeds,
