      On Wed April 17th Mike Scott plumbing sent a crew to our home 2 hrs early, to pump a septic tank. They were told where it was as my son was not home yet. When he arrived they were trying to remove a manhole cover for ***** then tried a different system. After getting upset about that they were directed to to correct area they used a metal rod to locate top, once it was dug it it was broken in an area which looked like a fresh new break (5) pieces. Hater tank was pumped they left and left the septic tank,open( this is right near back door) they stated someone would call with what they could do. Now after a week we still have an open septic tank that puts toxic fumes on air at back door of home. The company has yet to fix or replace, and today the service manager sent my son a very nasty email, stating that if he did not stop asking they would put it last ( I believe his comment was if you dont stop blowing up our phones I will delay the process even further. Today I spoke with ******* for the company who said he needed to make a new cover( its been a week already) The biggest issue is the health and safety concerns of having an open septic tank, and having to breath in the fumes every time you have to enter or exit the home. After a week this should have been resolved and we should not have to deal with the health aspects of the open sewage waste. Again they continue to say they will call back and never do. The main person who sent the email was ************************* the service manager his phone is ************. We are also contacting the Florida health department due to the health and safety issues

      In the fall of 2023 my water heater stopped working. Mike Scott Plumbing were prompt to respond. The technician fixed the problem quickly. He did advise that it was an old heater and if the problem persisted we should replace it. The problem did not persist. However, early December, I ran out of gas, which was 4 months early, at least from expected. I filled the tank 96 lbs to the cost of ******. Three months and 9 days later I ran out of gas again; there are only two residents in this home. I called the gas company, figuring there must be a leak. The technician came out, tested their equipment and found no leaks. So, he came in to check the stove and the water heater. What he found was the water heater was leaking because the plumber had not tightened up all the part he replaced. The gas technician said the leak could have blown our home up at any time. I contacted ***** at MSP. He said he needed a statement from the gas company. I tried for two weeks and finally a lady explained to me that they do not have anymore of a record then the ticket that I received. I sent this ticket to ***** explaining the situation again. I do not want anything more that the money I spent out and lost on gas that their repair job caused. I estimate I lost ****** to ****** by running out 4 months early, and I lost ****** for the second tank and ***** for a service call. ***** responded to the second email that he still needed a statement from the gas company and he did not see where anyone came out on a warranty call. It was not a warranty call as I had already explained, and I had also explained that I could only show them the delivery ticket. I feel that ***** has a responsibility to speak with the gas company to verify the ticket and reimburse me for gas they caused me to lose. i am not asking for anything but that. I Thank God we didn't blow up, but since we didn't I now have the burden of paying for a mistake not of my making. ****************
