Worst mechanic business I have ever experienced in my entire life. On 11/17/2023 I took my truck in for an engine rebuild because the owner said they would work with diesel engines as well and it was a complete disaster, when they were taking the engine apart they didn't know how to remove the fuel injectors and instead of letting me know that they couldn't remove it they just broke them apart knowing that they were new and under warranty and The owner did not assume responsibility for the damage and did not want to pay for the damage and I ended up without injectors and without a warranty. I received the most disgusting attitude from the owner telling me to my face that he was not going to pay for the injectors they destroyed. He kept blaming my diesel mechanic saying that it was their fault that they installed them incorrectly and this and that, trying to avoid paying for the damage they did. All i want is for them to pay me for the injectors they broke.Business response

This client came to our business letting us know that his vehicle had a noise in the engine. When we received the car, we charge him a deposit and we proceed and send the car to our trust mechanic shop, ****************** As professionals as they are, they proceed to made a diagnostic and found out that the main problem was inside the engine due to substandard functioning of engine injectors.
When we call the client and explain the diagnostic, the client let us know that he recently got an injector work in a different shop. Once the conversation was finished, the client let the our trust mechanic shop proceed with the engine uninstallation. When they started the work, tell us to call the client, due to there were broken injectors. We call the client and sent the pictures that he just posted. We indicated that it was necessary to substitute all of the broken parts, and when we informed him pricing for the injectors was extra, the client said no, due to his lack of budget and desired to do not continue with the work because he was going through catastrophic economic problems. We proceed and did the right procedure that was, charge him from the deposit that he gave us ONLY the engine uninstalling and diagnostic and return the remaining balance.
IMPORTANT NOTE : We do not understand why the client is so mad. We always maintain him informed about his truck and his injectors came in broken thanks to the last work the truck got in other shop.
We think as a business with experience that this client is trying to take advantage of the situation due to his economic problems, we think we wants to get a benefit of all of this.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:this guy is lying because he never let me know that they were having issues taking the injectors off he let me know when they were already out and broken, and they dont have idea about diesel engines and you can tell by their work and their advertising about repairing only ******* and *** cars and he accepted to fix a diesel truck I guess to get more money.
Note: He knew the injectors were brand new and under warranty and he still did whatever he wanted to do without letting me know and I lost my warranty because of his lack of professionalism and knowledge, I have witnesses my wife was with me through everything, to be honest this business shouldnt be operating at all. And he hypocritically is blaming me for having a bad financial situation when Im first place he is avoiding responsibility for what he did. I already upload proof of the disaster he did to me but he think like a lot of business that he can do whatever he wants and got away with it.

As a verified business with experience we still think that the customer want to take advantage of the situation and distort the information to receive money out of it. We always kept him informed of every step that our trust mechanic shop ARPOR was doing and let him know and send pictures of how injectors came in, WE NEVER TOUCHED THE INJECTORS. We offered him change those parts for new ones. And due to his lack of budged he said NO. He let us know that his injectors where done someone else. We have a proof and will show a message where he said that his mechanic did the injectors before, he is trying to take advantage of us, saying that we broke in order to pay him when we cant pay over something we never did, it was his other shop mechanicCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:The owner is a liar, he never let me know that the injectors were broken and he told me when they were out of the valve cover, he contradicts himself, he says that he did not touch the injectors and in the photos you can clearly see how he tried to remove them all and he couldn't and two of them got stuck and broken with signs of excessive force, he is so dishonest that he is blaming another business that has been around for more years than his business and that is dedicated exclusively to diesel engines and not small *** and ******* engines which is the only thing motorheads *** knows how to do. Businesses like this guy's should not exist. dishonest and liar owner.

I am rejecting this response one more time.
Before the client brought the vehicle to our trust Mechanic Shop ******************** the mechanic shop made a diagnostic that showed the main problem that was the engine due to the injectors malfunction. We call the client to inform him and he let us know that he recently had done an injectors work in another shop. When we see the pictures and inform the client, we told him and if he wished to continue with the quote we had to add on new injectors and he was going to communicate to the place where he had the injectors work before to see what happened. The client communicated to us and let us know that he could not continue due to lack of money and his economy situation.
As we said before, with the experience we have, this client is trying to take advantage of the situation to get money from us, blaming us for something that is out of our hands.
