Lost three days waiting for two bad engines. First engine was so bad the mechanic wouldnt even touch it. The second engine looked decent but spewed oil from everywhere when the mechanic installed it. Clearly not an engine with ****** miles as I was sold. Now I have to try and get my $1200 back. Paid more to try to get a better engine and ended up just paying more for garbage. Not looking forward to fighting them to get my money back and have to pay the mechanic for two installations.Initial Complaint

I've called the business on August 15, 2022, at 9:00 AM requiring about purchasing a used transmission for my 2013 **** Focus. A man by the name of ****** answered and told me that he had one in great condition for $1,400.00. I told him that I would stop by 1:00 PM that day to purchase the transmission. Knowing that I really need a transmission ASAP, I didn't want to lose the opportunity of getting this transmission, because I had spent days of calling multiple places requiring about a used transmission. No one has any for my car. I had gotten there at 1:00 pm that day with my mechanic and asked to speak to ******. He recognized me from speaking with him on the phone that morning. I told him I came for the transmission. He said it was $1400.00. All of a sudden, another guy who was sitting next to him said that the transmission was for $1600.00. I said I just spoke with ****** who told me $1400.00. We went back and forth and he said he'll give it to me for $1460.00, but since I was using a debit card, it was going to be an extra $100.00, totalling$1560.00. Though I didn't want to pay that extra $100.00, I knew that I needed the transmission for my car. The transmission was not ready to be taken that day, so my mechanic went back to get it 2 days later, when he was told to come for it. After installing the transmission, the mechanic told me he had finished installing the transmission and that I could come and get the car. When arrived, I noticed the transmission default light was on and kept beeping to take the car to a dealer for transmission servicing. I asked him why was the car doing that? He said that there are 2 possibilities. One was that the transmission computer needed programming, which he doesn't do and the other is that the transmission is not good. A transmission shop tested that the transmission wasn't good. My car isn't drivable. It doesn't go forward, nor backward. I've contacted them multiple times with the issues and now I'd like my money back.
