      Item purchased on 3/16/24 for $182.44, I have emailed for an update on the status of this order on the following dates: 4/20, 5/10, 5/28, 6/8, 6/30 with no response to any of these emails. Emails sent to contacts listed on website: ********************************** ********************************** I called the number on their website at ************ on 6/13 and did get ahold of the individual who asked me to send him my order number in which he looked it up and noted that they had several in stock and was going to get it shipped out the next day. I followed up the call with a text to this number that day with no response. I have followed up with texts to this number on 6/22 and 6/30 to check on order 1642, with no response. I am seeking to obtain the truck part I purchased rather than a refund.

      I ordered carbon fiber parts for my 150. I've sent emails also texts. Only response was I'll look into it. There's no communication of if when I'll. Receive my parts. Ordered in 11 25 2022 invoice **** $2,596.22 also 12 1 2022 invoice **** $1,105. Talk to my bank about a charge back also paypal unfortunately to late for them to do anything.

      All parts ordered by customer were shipped out. One item was special ordered and had a large lead time. Upon receiving the good, we attempted to reach the customer multiple times to arrange shipping. We never do custom order carbon parts for this same reason. We have been storing his item out of good faith since January of this year waiting to hear back from customer to  arrange for shipping seeing as the item is extremely large and delicate.

      *********** ******* . They have all my contact info also shipping address from PayPal I never received an email with shipping status they also have my mobile  #. Can they show proof.  Because I have all emails also text messages trying to see when I will receive  my items. Never heard from them . Only I'll  check and never heard from them.also there web site states custom orders. I would like to receive  my items. Let me know what I need to do thank you.

      Now that I think about it I would like my money back. I'm afraid  the items if sent will come damaged.  And then I won't be able to do anything  about it.  Yes I like my back and just ended it thank you.they can sent it back thru paypal.

      I am sorry this was a custom order part, we have it stated very clearly on our website about any special order parts and their refund policy. I have out of good faith held your part in my personal office and not sold it off to anyone, hoping you'd communicate with us. I have attempted to call you several times as well to tell you that wed happily pay for special delivery services for this part so you can be happy with your special ordered products.
