            My husband ordered a roasting box on 6/13/23 and our credit card was immediately charged $499.00. We have had no correspondence from them since placing the order. We have tried calling and mailboxes are full. We have emailed with no responses. We have even private messaged on their fb page and commented on their fb posts. Our event is on 7/8/23 for our sons graduation party from high school. We used this company 20 years ago and the roasting box was awesome. I am so upset that they took our money and have not shipped our order or replied to our multiple attempts to contact them.

            I attempted to purchase a caja china for Fathers Day on May 29th. I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged right away. On June 11 after not hearing back about shipping, I reached out to the business to get a status update. Shipping updates are provided via your profile which you can create for free online. It was problematic to set mine up (it did not recognize my order #) so I emailed the company. ***** responded two days later asking for my order number, which she could have easily looked up using my email address and/or name. Less than 24 hours later I responded to her, confirming I was able to set up my profile and asking for a status update. She did not respond. I emailed twice more over the next week, and called multiple times as well only to receive a message that the voicemail was not set up. It is now a month later and I have yet to hear back from the company or receive my item. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and filing this review to warn others from doing business with them.
