I first got my tints installed 6 months ago. I NEED THE highest level of UV protection. which was well known with the owner. they installed lighter tint & not exactly what I asked for days later they had to come back & re do it. it was a little darker but then they told me they do not have LIMO film which is the darkest. I was upset at that point that in total I had paid $565 on my car and they are NOW telling me they don't carry LIMO tint so 2 months pass by, windows faded 2 windows are peeling he came & fixed just the 2 windows that were peeling mind you they had faded so much that all the windows now looked different & didn't match he couldn't seem to see that finally changed all 4 windows, 2 more months pass by they're faded again I literally don't even get pulled over or attention from officers like I do in my other car (but I have a legal exemption form from the state) ON 7/3/23 at 10:51am I contacted them letting them know the windows are see thru again & the HEAT is excessive. he reads his text no response at 1:43pm I write again & still get ignored. 7/7/23 I wrote again that I feel I am being ignored still no response. 7/9/23 I send another text, no response SO I call, realized I'm blocked. so I called from another phone 2 seconds later and he answers I tell him I'm upset after being ignored for a week. he offers no resolution. I ask for my *********** suggests to come remove my tint how do I trust someone touching my brand new car who ignores me week mind u I so called have a lifetime Warranty from this ************** have the audacity to block me STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY WITH HIGH END CARS. HE IS MESSY & LEFT A PIECE OF BLADE IN MY BACKSEAT! WHICH 1 MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE GOTTEN HURT WITH & 2 MY LEATHER SEAT COULD HAVE GOTTEN RIPPED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SEVERAL ********* AM NOW BEING IGNORED AGAIN HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE REVIEW WITH WHOEVER I NEED TO.SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Business response

This answer is not for Mrs ****** is for you guys at bbb, we do have limo tints, btw shes got 3% ceramic tint with 100% UV rejection, and Ive showed her with the tint meter, after several threads and xenophobic messages for not speaking a perfect English and like she said in the complaint it was done 6 months ago, the car looks super dark (illegal btw) I figured out that from the day 1 she was trying to get her money back keeping the job done, *** offered her to refund her money if we remove the tints, she said no, Ive invited her to remove at another shop showing me proof that they removed my film and the name of the shop, she said no again so i opted for cutting contact with her, you cant get a service then keep the good job done and the money in the pocket, if you need additional information lmk
