They submitted the permit to the city incorrectly and left us months on standby. It took a year from the day we paid the deposit for them to actually start the job.We hired them in 2020; *** wasn't completed until 12/1/2021.We hired this company to tear down old concrete on our driveway, backyard and pool deck, and pour new concrete. When they showed up they refused to tear down the concrete near the pool deck, front door or back yard sliding glass doors, so instead they poured 2 inches of new concrete over the old concrete in those areas. So now my house is basically at the same level as the concrete, and water seeps in through the doors every time it rains. I cant even place a regular door mat in front of my front door.They refused to install a drain on the pool deck for us as they had originally promised to install (we even had the drain available, in the dirt, and ready to install). They kept insisting that we didnt need a drain and we believed them because *** guaranteed no water would get into the house, but now water reaches the door tracks.The concrete on the backyard and pool deck was not laid evenly, and so many areas are left with sitting water/huge water puddles every time it rains.They also left 2 giant noticeable cracks in front of the house (that we had to pay someone else to fix). The man in charge slabbed something over the cracks that they said would fix it, and it didnt!We always had a hard time getting *** to pick up the phone. They wouldnt show up on the days they said they would. The work took long to complete.*Because they took SO long to come back and cut after pouring the concrete, one edge of our pool got damaged and began to droop due to rainfall, so now the pool edges are so uneven that water rolls out from one end of the pool and over the concrete anytime it rains.They left us with a bunch of concrete rocks in the front yard that we had to pay someone else to throw away for us because they wouldnt come back to throw them out.
