      I have been working with this company to try to consolidate a debt but they never paid anything I talk to the agent assigned to my account and they never give me an answer on this matter I canceled the program and that said that I have to wait 45 day to received a trial deposit on my account and now they said that I have to wait an other 30 days and in the contract there is nothing specified

      After I reported this company ( premier consumers credit counseling) to the BBB, they contacted me and agreed to pay me back my money, but since they agreed to pay back my money in December, they have only make 2 deposits into my bank account, 1 in January and 1 in March, and this is because I have been calling them every month, or they wouldn't have make those 2 deposits, I don't know why they don't want to pay my money back, they never made 1 payment to the credit cards like they promised me, they ruined my credit score and now they don't want to give me back my money, I call and most of the time they don't answer the phone. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate.

      Hello, I contacted premier consumer because I saw their ad at ****** and they promised they were going to help me meditate between me and my creditors but they never did, they withdraw $415.00 dollars from my bank account every month for 13 month but they never pay to my credit card companies and this resulted on my accounts going to collection and and they after talking with them, they decided to cancel their services but they never returned my money back, bad company this is.

      I signed up with this consolidating credit business back on February 15, 2022, making payments of $370. US until June 15th, 2022, that i decided to cancel the program because my credit score was decreasing rapidly I made to this agency 5 total payments of $370.00 of all $1850 they only made 2 payments to Tjxmaxx of $176 each total of $352 payment total out the $1850 I requested a cancelation of the program like stated before back on the end of June 2022.todays date i still havent received my maximun refund back from this company month to month i called they said that after my deposit trial which was back on September,19,2022 of $2.76 US. every time i call and speak to my representative ************************* she says I need to wait. I do not want to keep on holding any longer because month to month without hesitation they were taking my money out of my account and do not understand why now its taking so long for my refund to be on my account same issue happened with my sister to todays date she still havent received her entire refund from this company. I need the money to get back on track and pay off my credit cards, i would like this issue to be solve as quick as possible is ridicule the months i been waiting for, for my money back

      I needed help with resolving some of my accounts do to hours shortage at work I heard great things about this agency In February 2022 I sign up with the agency ... I nedeed to consolidate my debts I started to make payments of $400 US every month starting on March 10,2022, the agency charged me with a $99US fee suppostely for their service. I sent them all of the requested information regarding my credit cards and loans they never made any type of payments to any of the banks to the point that my credit is now mess up and have accounts on collections I spoke to my representative at the time ************************* and asked her why my credit score was going down and I was receiving calls and mail from the collection departments she said that it was that they were waiting for in order to proceed and make payments. I made in total $1600.00 US payments to this program back in June I called and spoke to ************************* and asked her to cancel the program and return my money back today is 8/3/2022 and still havent received a cancelation letter or my money back I just called the agency at 9;39AM asking were my money is and ***** told me that I still need to wait in order to get my money . I need my money so I could keep up with my bills and bring my accounts up to date . Im super disappoitnment with their service and not happy at all that my credit is so affected by this I want my $1600 US back

      We called *************** and informed her that we are going to process a full refund on her checking account as she requested. Please note that we have already initiated an auditing of her account. Since she cancelled the program we do not have authorization to work on her behalf neither can we request her creditors to update her accounts or access her credit report. On our last conversation with *************** we explained to her this, and we welcome any input via BBB or by calling us as well. Thank you.

      ************* ever, they take your money telling you that they will be fix your credit problem and is take forever, but when you cancel the services with them any money that you paid during the time you stay with them, they don't wants to giving back the money, I cancelled my services with them ******* years and still calling the company every week and they always make an excuse to give me my money back. as today 06/28/2022 still waiting for my full refund, *** services started with them 10/5/2020 and end in 06/18/2021here is the my client number 46068I paid them $ ****** for for 9 month as total of $ 5******, the company only gave me back $ ****** back in 04/07/2022 as today still waiting for the rest of the money

      Ms.Anouska,

      We spoke with *** ***** on July 11th and communicated him that we are processing several deposits in his checking account and assured him that full amount will be deposited. Due to the nature of his account and constant reviews, the refunds are still being processed. ************* has received three deposits as of today, and the balance will be received within a period of 60 days constant deposits during that timeframe will be processed. The 08/03 Mr.Perezresponse was not received and we would like this case to be resolved, as we are working diligently on his account as stated. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and ************* can contact us any time at ********************** if he has any questions. Thank you!
